Current update

I went over to the University this morning to record some English tutorial video’s and saw my young producer buddy. This time we were able to record about 10 quick videos. I like this guy, he just turned twenty one and is working and studying full time. He’s got a killer “can do” attitude and is what I hope the future of Colombia will be. Anyway he loves Americans and American culture so he enjoys spoiling me by taking me for lunch or a beer.

attachment.php

Here’s what I had for lunch. Bandeja Paisa, however that’s not my picture but a very good representation of the dish.

attachment.php

This is another reference picture from the internet. The young lady looks very much like my student Carolina but not exactly. Carolina is a little older with a slightly paler complexion but the same blue eyes. Just to give you an idea of what we are dealing with here. Really I would never even think about approaching a woman this fine and if it weren’t for my being a teacher I would never come in contact with a woman like her.

attachment.php

My picture random gold

But being an American and being in a position authority (professional Colombians take education very seriously) puts me at quite an advantage should I choose to exploit it. Of course I don’t but the thought dose cross one’s mind on occasion. Tonight’s class straight up ESL training in and out.

attachment.php

And this is some of the Corinto for Carolina should she want it. This Corinto is not as in your face potent as the “Crippa” she tried on her first experience earlier this week. I’m hoping she likes this a little better.

Latina's hermosas

Latina's hermosas

I cannot say I didn't play the field when I was back home. My family had money and as much as I hate to admit it, we were a bit connected. Still, these women play by a different set of rules. A set of rules that have no rules. WTF am I saying, they are all crazy.

I know you know exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to the love of a Latina. For me there is no other woman that interests me like a Latina in particular Colombian. There's just something about them that separates them from the rest and draws me like a moth to a flame. It's much more than a sex thing for me it's fully enjoying every wonderful aspect of this culture. But Latinas aren't for everyone, it's a ruff ride with these gals let me tell you. Yeah you have mind blowing sex but it's a double edge sword because when she gets pissed (and she will) you're going to get it full force. And they don't play, if they even "think" you are disrespectful your ass is in for the bitching of a life time that echo's to the depths of hell. I mean I've known people in the USA that had bad, I mean bad tempers but nothing like my Colombian woman when she's riled. Not to mention the hair trigger temper outbursts anywhere. Constant bitching will eventually change your behavior, trust me.

But the sex make every agonizing second worth it believe me.

Friday

Friday

that dish looks slamming.baked beans and bacon an eggs go really well together.

Thanks man, I just found a picture off the internet because I didn't think to take a pic at the time. But yeah, that's one of my favorite Colombian dishes. It's a munchies killer no doubt, Colombian eat large portions of very hardy food but they don't get fat.

No more voluntary smoke breaks for me, most of the day yesterday I thought it was Friday. Got my tolerance real low and smoked a little QWISO yesterday and forgot what day it was. So tonight I have class with Carolina and I'm all set. I really looking forward to speaking with her and seeing what she thinks about the cannabis. I've got some of the nice purple Corinto buds for her. Their not a strong as the crippa, better for beginners.

Mi esposa likes to lean over my shoulders when I am online. Not out of jealously, at least I don't think it is, I think it is to learn English. She has been really struggling with that because all of her people that she talks to are either Spanish or Portuguese speaking at the university.

Anyway, I am going to get in trouble myself reading your thread. She threw out some rather choice words lol. That is why you may see me take a more female opinion on the matter than what you probably know is really true. Still, I remain faithful to my wife, as God watches over us.

Brazilianas are not as hot blooded as the Colombianas I know, but not that far apart.

You talk about a the hair trigger. One time I was with my Colombian girl friend in South Beach Florida. We were both still attending university in home country and just come to the US to see family. I looked at a Latina in a sleek glittery suit that left nothing to the imagination out in the street. and I apparently looked too long. She tore into me screaming that I was a mierta and she was going to leave me here and now. About 200 people watched her animated gestures with her hands and face. Her face looked like she turned into some kind of alien. She almost ended our holiday over me looking at a woman.

We didn't last long after that, as there is one behind every one of them. Sad that I heard she died not long after we split up in a car wreck.

Don’t worry huligun my friend I won’t get you into trouble, I’m not the conquistador I once was. Not from lack of perceived ability but more a shift of focus. And once upon a time for a fleeting moment I spent some time with a beautiful Brazilian young lady and I can say her passion matched even the hottest Colombian I’ve known (to date). But that’s funny about you having a slightly female opinion in some of your post, I noticed that and thought the same thing. Your (newish) wife must be reading with you because I wasn’t expecting you to say some things like you did. Now it makes sense! Huligun you have a great new family and I’m very happy for you and wish you only the best. And you have my word that I would/will never do anything you wouldn’t do.
My Colombian wife is too busy and pissed off to be jealous of anything I do. She kind of has this Adolf Hitler like work ethic/mentality that that doesn’t acknowledge the human condition. I moved to the other end of the house from her and got my own room and living area. This is an equal agreement since she now seems to detest the foul odor of sinsemilla and Japanese incenses that I perpetuate in my living area. It’s cool to me because I like having my own space and happy to have leave of her for a little bit. Sometimes and very rarely she will come down to my part of the house and starts acting out one of her seldom seen personalities. The sex kitten personality, where she softens her razor sharp words and tone to a low purr and actually wants to be touched. Now I have nothing to do with initiating the sex kitten personality, it’s all in her and in my benefit/react immediately when it’s expressed. Due to the rarity of the sex kitten personality I often forget it exists causing shock and confusion when it does occur. The opposite of love is not hate, the opposite of love is indifference and we have a lot of that here lately.

Riders redemption

Before I get into my class last night with the luscious Carolina last, I want to get back on my topic of Colombian cannabis. When I started this thread I wanted to show and discus vintage Colombian and my attempts to reproduce it here in Colombia. However it seems that I’ve been restricted to “collecting” and sampling what I can find locally through different sources because I haven’t got a suitable growing location in the city. I have friends with farms that might be willing to let me grow a few plants at but I don’t get an opportunity to get out there enough. I want to be with my plants when they grow, I mean I don’t want someone else growing it for me. Which gets me to my next point and that is the mentality most the Colombians I know here (including the wife and her clan) have about farmers here. My wife only cooks with the finest fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables just like her mom. They know how to select the best of all available fresh produce around and are really picky about what they buy. But that’s where it ends buying, they have no idea how to actually grow the food themselves. There is this “air” about them that farmers and growing or producing food (including live stock) is something simple country folks have to do. Not for more sophisticated urban dwellers to lower themselves to. The same thing to them applies to weed, why bother growing it yourself when you can have some peasant grow it for you. It is this mentality that is holding me up on moving to a finca (looked at as a step backwards). I’m at the point now where I would be happy with another patio grow and thinking about moving very shortly to a place with a sunny secluded patio. I’m ready to start growing again pronto.

attachment.php

Here’s what I had in the past, bean, cabbage, peppers, flowers and a few strains of assorted cannabis. The wife says she doesn’t want a bunch of cannabis plants around because the kids are getting older. I understand her thinking and the legality of it but I have ALWAYS had cannabis in the house, be it live plants and or bud it’s been with me. I mean I have two plants growing in the window sill (kitchen) with some other plants and nobody thinks twice about them. I have and I do smoke at home almost nonstop (although not in front of the kids) so they know the smell. But they think nothing of it, it’s so common it’s normal to them. They have no interest in it what so ever.

attachment.php

This a tasty cross I made on my patio in 07, a beautiful Santa Marta Gold female mated to a short stout aromatic Dutch Afghan.

Is it redbud?

Is it redbud?

Greetings! I dodged a bullet with student Carolina as she had to cancel the class Friday and moved it to next week. My students like her cancel classes all the time and this will give the situation time to normalize. However I’ve stumbled some really nice reddish buds that I’m quite impressed with. Once again from my buddy at the University, it has no name or location of origin, just good Colombian.

attachment.php

It looks reddish green with flares of gold mixed in and kind of reminds me of the old redbud. This bud however is not fermented cured and has a very fresh hashish taste similar to red Lebanese but with a slightly soap taste on the exhale. The smell is not very strong but is spicy with no sweetness or incense at all.

attachment.php

The effect comes on slow but hits all at once after 5-10 minutes. It has that mood brightener effect that comes with a strong wave of euphoria, the combination can make things very humorous depending on the situation. When I smoke this alone with no interruptions the effect is clear and introspective, however if I’ve got to have contact with other people or do something important it’s confusing.

attachment.php

Overall this Colombian has a normal duration after reasonable tolerance and a somewhat clean finish (although I’ve smoked myself asleep a couple times). Since I have a few different strains now and not as much time to “sample” all day my tolerance is somewhat in check. Not one seed found so far and because of the cure and better handling (freshness) I can’t tell if this is a hybrid or not. The young Colombian I got it from said it wasn’t the Crippa but also had no idea where it was grown. If it has Afghan genes in it their covered in pure Colombian goodness.

hola red!

those last buds look quite nice! wish I had a kilo of that :D

I have not smoked in months already, as I'm unwilling to pay the ridiculous prices of herb and hash here, with questionable quality as well. I'll take compressed seeded good quality Colombian any day of the week over the narcotic overpriced hash and herb you find in Israel. only good stuff you find here comes from the medical scene and that stuff is pretty rare to find unless you know a patient who is willing to share a j with you. Well, if you grow it outside, with the beautiful weather and sun of Judea, no plant will resist to thrive out here and bless you with a wonderful set of flowers. fuck indoors :D

I taught a friend how to grow by guiding him closely and he ended up giving me half the harvest a few months ago, which impressed me since I had not requested anything in return, so that was cool. but it was a small harvest under a LED light...nothing comparable to Andes grown Colombian varieties, but it was pretty good still, all gone a long ago :D smoked that in a heart beat, I forgot how easily and quickly I can go over a couple of ounces of herb "ain't gotta tell you where the iron lung is coming from" :joint: hehehe...

anyways, stay out of trouble with the ladies man, I know it is hard as women are so beautiful, but it must be done for the sake of family I guess.

much peace bro.

here's a couple of pics of those LED grown blue moon rocks, they look amazing, and they tasted beautiful, but I know the kick of that crippy in terms of psychedelic high is simply way superior.

Hello bombadil.360! Always a great pleasure to hear from you. Those blue moon rocks look fantastic. I'm sure you could grow some of the best cannabis in your local climate (as I'm sure it has been for ever). But I don't blame you for not wanting to "buy" there, I don't like it either but now I've got some worthy connections. And you know I love the Colombian but I really want to grow it myself again. I love your moon rocks (and I must admit I am drawn to your seeds too) but I'm afraid of the " AGUADIENTE ", that's some potent stuff. But I love that bottle it's in. Be safe my friend and if you ever get back to South America contact me.

If you can (even if you can’t) remember the absolute best golden Colombian that you ever had, the way it looked, that smell and that fine taste.

attachment.php

Then if you would imagine that fine Colombian air cured and handled gently and most importantly “fresh” from the mountain.

attachment.php

Rich Colombian goodness.

Good morning from the Colombian capital (one of the highest in the world). I have an interesting report on my follow up class with the lovely student Carolina. First I wanted to talk about not just Colombian cannabis but cannabis in general. For decades like many of us here I’ve been a dedicated consumer and lover of the plant. I knew long before it was common knowledge that cannabis is good for us and using it would not cause harm. To me cannabis is self-regulating and impossible to abuse because excessive use brings a diminished effect, so to get high you can’t stay high.
What I like about the cannabis effect is that it makes me enjoy what I already like even more, similar to seasoning on food. Lobster is just better with drawn butter but still good without it. With cannabis almost everything is enhanced and remarkable better when high. Food is so damn tasty but it’s more than enhanced taste, it’s feeling your body receiving the nurturance to live. The weed makes me feel alive but also more accepting of being a human and enjoying being such.
I learned early on that sex was enhanced with the cannabis and for me I kind of found out about cannabis and orgasms right around the same time in my youth. And as luck would have it the first time I had orgasmic sexual experience with a woman while high, it happened to be with a Colombian woman and very good Colombian cannabis. This momentous experience has left me spending most of my life reenacting that scenario. Throughout my life there’s been different women and different weed but the ultimate experience has always been fine Colombian with fine Colombian (and the occasional beer). The rich euphoric Colombian cannabis provides just enough trippyness to let you get completely lost in the love making while at the same time allowing intense pleasure reception. This combined with how warm and inviting the Colombian woman is and OMG. Colombian women are much more than physically beautiful hard bodies, they really know how to be super sweet and receptive to a man, it’s an ego thing with them. A Colombian woman can make you feel like you are the man, the best man in the world while draining your body at an amazing velocity. Of course cannabis is much more to me than just a sexual enhancer but it’s damn sure one of the top two.
As a rule I don’t like to over complicate life by getting involved in situations that could have a negative impact on my life. I know there’s all kinds of “bad” things I could get into here and I choose to simply avoid situations that might involve “bad” things. So with that in mind I’ll tell the story about last night’s encounter with Carolina.

Red,

That is such a tease! Where's the story about Carolina, damn it? Honestly I love the whole thing, go for it my friend. I'll be happy to cheer you on.
Did you ever watch Zorba the Greek? He offers a bit of advice: "There is one sin God can not forgive, if a women beckons a man to her bed and he will not go."

A day in the life

A day in the life

So it’s kind of rainy as I walk from the house to the bus station a few blocks away. It’s about 5 PM and there’s a crowd on the bus but I put on some tunes and meld into the masses. The bus ride is short and I head over to the office complex where my student works. Chico is in the north of the city and is where a lot of international commerce takes place. It’s a very modern part of the city where most of my students work. I’m very familiar with this part of town. Sun is going down but it’s overcast and almost dark when I go check in at the main lobby of the ultra-modern office complex. I chit chat with the guards in Spanish while they check me in, an elevator ride and then I’m at Carolina’s office lobby.

attachment.php

I check in there with the receptionist who calls Carolina for me. So I wait, saying hello/goodbye to the people coming in and out of the lobby. Finally Carolina comes out, she is wearing another mini skirt but with black stockings and these funky platform high heels that are popular here. She comes over to me saying hello and apologizing for the delay. A warm hug and a peck on the cheek she says one minute please with this “please” look in her eyes. I say no problem like I got nothing better to do as she slips back into the office. I sit back down and pull my phone out again and wait for another 15 minutes when she comes back and gets me. This happens all the time so I’m used to waiting. She leads me by the hand through a maze of cubicles to her small office in the back. She is extra friendly and seems to be touching me more than usual. I sit down in front of her desk and we chit chat for a moment then I begin with her lesson. Carolina’s English level is high and she goes through the lessons easily. I work closely with her, reading pages together and again her (not me) touching like my hand or shoulder more than normal.

attachment.php

I'm digging it and trying not to initiate anything but still being receptive to further contact. We finish the lessons and now I’m sitting beside her at her desk helping her pronounce the word “lucrative” and she starts laughing at the sound of the word. This gets me laughing and feels like somethings about to happen but her phone goes off and she answers. They are locking up the office and we have to go, she suggests a quick coffee outside. Of course I agree because I have some bud for her if she wants it. We get a table at a Juan Valdez ($3 cup of coffee) and start talking and joking, not saying a word about the other class. I’m very interested to see where this is going with her but I’m not going to start anything. She keeps touching my hands when she’s talking and I love her bright red nails and long sexy fingers. As I mention the weed she blushes and smiles invitingly half pulling away from me at the same time. I clarify that I’m not suggesting we smoke together, only that I had what I told her I would bring for her last time. I go on to say that she can experiment on her own with it.

attachment.php

To my surprise she says “smoke it alone? That’s no fun”. We laugh and just as I’m about to get in trouble her phone goes off and she’s got to go, of course. So with hurried goodbye kisses and promises of another class I walk her back to her office parking and I head back home with her weed sample still in my pocket. So once again I’m left wondering where I want this situation to go or if I really have any choice. Next class with her Thursday.
