Some stuff from the seventies....
including ...L. Cherniaks ;Book of Cannabis , Book of Hashish,
early High Times and various other publications...
Please add stuff if you have it. I enjoy looking at the old stuff and have been a collector of this stuff since I bought my first high times in 78.

This is the first published picture of the True Haze from the Haze brothers 1977

I can remember smoking Lambs bread early 80's and a Strain called California Rainbow both were more potent then anything I have smoked since but they did look like crap in comparison to todays well manicured buds. But I can tell ya the cali rainbow after smoking it while walking back to the front gates of canadas wonderland it appeared that the closer I got the further away it appeared to be and as I walked the impact of my footfall made it feel like my eye's were bouncing up and down every step I took have never been so high since :(

Thank you Four Seasons for that fabulous education.

Most pot smokers I know have reached a point where it's not enough just to get high. It's not even how high you get;it's the quality of the high when you get there that counts
Sooo well said!

I like long complex sativa highs that last for hrs. like kalimist. but a hybrid works good too with some body.

like blueberry haze: Just took 2 bong hits, I am so ripped, feel so good, all head very slight but nice body buzz, alot of euphoria. One of the best I have ever tasted. 9/10 is my rating, flavour is skunky to berries to with haze undertones. Its a treat. Anyone interested in some oldschool sativa landrace, I don't mind donating some to some serious growers. :gift:

I love sativas.:xmasnut:

i love this thread thanks to all for the pics and info good stuff. anyways i did not know where to post this but think here is appropriate i just was gifted by an older gentleman some seeds going back as far as 1977 not sure of strain or sativa/indica influence. but i got a few different batches they are some 1980's thai seeds 1977 unknown seeds 80's norcal seeds and some other random pre 80's seeds i have little info on the genetics but i know they are that old. i plan to grow them or some of them out soon they came from a very reputable person so no doubt there real i will make a thread whem i attempt to germ them peace.
