It's good that Governors of some States ignore the Feds. Ergo, it's good that freedom loving cannabis enthusiasts ignore prohibitionist Governors, etc.
Laws which violate individual rights should be ignored, ridiculed and massively disobeyed. The only good law is one which protects individual's freedom of choice.
"one has a responsibility to disobey unjust laws." -Martin Luther King Jr. , in letters from the Birmingham jail.

Absolutely agree. We need people to break the laws to help bring about discussion so that bad laws are reformed.

So thankful of all the people who have stood up to let their voices be heard and taken action to help bring about cannabis law reform. Thats God's help.

Also all the people who have purchased hemp derived THC are making a statement by supporting the hemp industry. The lawmakers must take notice when an industry is so large it displays how prevalent cannabis is in society. They know they have to avoid backlash and adverse actions against the public interest and watch out for themselves politically.

Its unbelievable how much they put the race issue forward to gain popularity.

Its interesting Harris is saying as president, she would exercise their executive power to be able to make this change. Thats kind of like a dictatorship. I would rather the president just support the issue and work to organize lawmakers who support reform so that change can occur. That way everyone can be represented in the process and it would work best for our diverse society.

This issue is an interesting one, and it looks like cannabis reform is being used as a power grab by the democrat party.

The issue has been prolonged so much, congress has been unable to hear the issue and come to a consensus. Does the DEA and other agencies have political bias toward the democrat party? Looks like DEA and other agencies FDA and HHS could hold back as much as possible to make the republican party look bad because they want to follow the lawmaking process compared to the democrat party which has some candidates willing to use executive authority to make reforms.

It seems like an assault on our lawful form of government when this goes on for so long, and the agencies continue to prolong the reform process, which allows the democrat party to offer a new system of government, dictatorship and administrative beaurocratic rule.

Harris does say she will work with Congress, but it makes you wonder what she would actually do if in power.

As long as they don't veto. This veto threat has ruined several states hopes of reform as governors hold the line to obey the federal government and the state legislature doesn't even consider the issue to avoid wasting time if the bill will be vetoed by the governor.
