well ty PM and JAM a little rep is heading your way. as well i am going to try and find a new fan today to add to the grow box . i am also going to try and find a couple more hoods for the cfls to help direct the light more. I did drop the the bigger one to almost touching so they can soak up the light better. any other advice would be helpful. ty

just make sure you don't burn them.

for info. mine were at about 28-30 celsias. two computer vents for out and one for in.
but i think, there should be no problem with having lights so close. keep us updated.

still trying to track down a small fan that will work for my little plants. finaly seeled all of the light leeks in my flower chanber.... and the blueberry poped out of the grownd earlyer this morning.

Quick Q will transplanting 3 days into 12/12 realy hurt my plants? they wernt showing sex and i gave them a good watering with nutes this morning and i transplanted 5 hrs after watering. did i FU or am i ok?

Hey there Mr. P!

Glad to see you finally got things goin for ya.

I read almost all of your thread and thought I would mention a few things.

Fox Farm OF Blend should be mixed w/ some perlite usually 30-40% is good.

Also FF I have read that it will keep your plants happy for about 2 weeks w/out any nutes, before the soil will run out of it's own supply. That is why most people love it for seedlings. No hassle for the youngins, just water and be happy!

When you water, try and make sure you saturate the soil very good, that way you don't have to water for 3-4 days. I actually will water/feed mine and use a drainage catch, and I continue to water them very slowly until there is a nice puddle of run off. Then I let my plants sit in the run off for 30-60 mins, the plants actually will suck up alot of the run off! This helps to ensure that they are well saturated and will not need food/water for 3 days at least!

If your plants suck up all or almost all of the run off, I then add more water/food until there is some run off that the plant can't absorb. That is how I know my plants are well watered and then I can relax for a few days before I have to worry again.

well sry I fibbed.... I couldnt wait till tomarow to show new pics of the garden. I belive all of the males are out of the garden now which means a final count. 4 fem 2 males . I don't know about the rest of you but I belive those are some good odds comming from unknown bagseed, wouldn't you say?. well to the pics sry this is going to be one of the longest post .

UPDATE!!!

so we are 10 days into 12/12 and my ladies are starting to form there first buds ... temps have been steady and upper 70's and kinda mild at night around mid to low 60's. Now to the show

after a long battle with this site it wont let me upload ay pix right now so ill have to try again tomarow

little tip with watering , when its time to water, water until u c a bit of run off, then water another 10%
especially if u are using nutes , it helps get rid of any salt/nute build ups

Those plants are really looking great! The Lst seems to be working well for you I think I may try it with my plants as well and use a scrog. A few questions on yours did you top your plants to make them branch off like that or does that just happen with the lst? Also I am using advanced nutes liquid karma, PBP Grow & Bloom and was wondering if you have any suggestions on some other nutes to use with these and how much should I use? You seem to be on top of your game in the nute department so I thought I would ask hope ya don't mind. I'll be following your thread to the end!
