throw those ones out the tray to prevent it spreading, and give the propagator a good clean down with some bleach next time before you use it

What kind of light do you have them under, t5 or hps?

Are they at the front of the tray, middle or back?

Looks like you may have over sprayed them too much or water has dripped down on to them, combined with the intensity of the light + heat has scorched them.

Do you spray them when lights are on or off? I always spray when lights are off to prevent scorching them.

Are they dry and brittle at the top or kinda mushy? If theyve gone kinda mushy thats also due to overspraying them in my experience. If they are dry and brittle i would guess the water droplets + intensity of hps has scorched them.

Too much water in the cubes will make the stems turn to mush, but it doesnt look like that has happened.

They are under a T5 bro , I don't spray them at all and lights are on 24/7
But it is possible that water has dripped down and then they've burnt from the light ... they are sorta dry at the tops where they are deformed ... I've already learnt about not soaking the cubes too much lol , done that plenty of times before

If they are at the edges then maybe some water dripped down on to them when you lifted the dome up? I would throw those ones out just incase it is some kind of fungus though and give everything a good clean before you next use it and keep an eye on the other cuts to see if it spreads etc.

I'm getting issues cloning for some reason can anyone indentify the possible issues temps are around 26 degrees and there in a humidity proprgator it's only the one row that has this sort of deformity ???View Image

Yeah it looks like fungus. What I find best to do is wipe out the build up of condensation on the lid as the water dripping off can cause damp spots that'll harbour molds. Also this helps encourage the cuttings to grow roots as there not easily obtaining it from the atmosphere. After 3 days I try an take the lid off.
So has the Bright side been located. Fair play as ive been lurking around here watching folks determination. As someone said hard work pays off.

H2O2. Water/rinse the cubes at half a ml/Litre and mist them at 1ml/Litre. Apart from oxidising any nasties, a bit of oxygen boost can't hurt
I don't generally spray. I mist mums with nitrozyme a week before i want cuts and again after to rebuild them but thats it.

I was looking at getting Canna Cure which is a leaf coat fungus and pest preventative - might even bring them round not sure.

I always spray my cuts once i have taken them and put them in the prop, then i will spray 1-2 more times over the next 10-14 days until they root. During that time i will also wipe the lid of the prop down and spray it again at some point. I may even spray the jiffys down to add moisture back after 8-10 days if they look they have dried out. I also make sure to use a pipette to suck up any extra water that has gathered in the bottoms of the trays to prevent the jiffys getting too moist. I aso mix some aptus regulator, startbooster and super thrive in with the water that i soak the jiffys in.

Just curious, any reasons why i shouldnt spray them down?

I have been doing it this way for years and ive never had a problem. Back when i first started i did have 1 tray turn to mush when i over sprayed, that was years ago though.

Recently ive been 50-100 cuts every month and a half or so when remaking my mothers and i always get around 90% success rate, i did have some issues with an old bottle of clonex a while back that had gone off but other than that ive had good luck.

Obviously i understand everyone does things differently,im not looking to get in to any arguments or anything, im just curious as to the reasons why i shouldnt spray them down?

Next time i have to make some cuts i wont spray them and see if theres any difference or if they root faster?

Fastest most reliable rooting for me has been aero prop, lid on, vents wide open. Ive been doing it that way for over 15 years.
Rooting gel and adjusting the ph to 5.8 seems to take a few days off but generally i see roots in 10 days and 100% survival without doing either.

I was given a really simple tip many years ago which consists of providing the cuts with enough moisture to last them until the end of the rooting process,no hardening or opening of vents etc., in the propagator when you put the cuts in,one spray,set and forget. No need to do anything whatsoever until you stop seeing moisture on the prop walls,at which point the clones will usually have a vibrant root system. It's uber simple and just uses a 2 inch layer of wet perlite with pots sitting on top and whatever medium you wish.
