U.K cheese brightside cut ?

I won't give my final verdict on this cut until I've smoked her.

Despite the thread title, I'm not getting into this "Brightside" thing - I never knew him. his cut may well from the sounds of it been the original uk cheese I remember from the late 90s and early 2000s when I lived in Luton for 3 years in my early 20s and then Watford. I was too busy working to grow herb so I bought loads and a lot of it was cheese so I know the real deal.
If this cut is what I remember when I open a sealed jar of it day after tomorrow night and roll one and draw air through the spliff before lighting, I'll know and when I inhale the first toke on lighting I will be 100% certain. If it is what I remember, I will hence forth call it "Cheese". Original UK "Cheese". If Brightside himself tests the cut or the bud and says same as his, then Ill call it Brightsides original UK Cheese cos his confirmation that this cut is it would be ideal. Fucking unlikely though lol anyone know him to pass on a tester? would be mad if he lost it too and we give him it back. That happened to me before. We gave an 80s clone called KrissKross back to original breeder in Brixton decades after he lost it but we've all lost her agin now and that it.



Now soon when 400 Ancestral Skunks come that i purchased and when i sprout them will search for some interesting plants with those weird smells...

in thread there some folks mention get Cheese phenotipes and lot
others with weird smells... looks like Southeast European Skunk
version will be born soon...looking for phenos that be praised
and legendary.. mine remembering of Skunk from 90ies was some
hard humulene phenotip,no any sweetness,stinked like butan gas..

Old afganica smells like diesels. Before few years i have about 500 seeds of shiva sk and skunk1. from sensi both fems. i grow lots of them and in shiva sk u will find lots of cheesy,chemy,garlicy phenos. And in skunk 1 most are sweet phenos but there is also lemony phenos with skunky undertones but very rear.

Cdo ,if you cant relate that "Brightside" Aroma to the Exo/Cheese you "originally grew" Then that was 1000% NOT The Brightside Cheese.
100% a Different Smell to Psychosis.Although that's cheesy Thats far more Medicinal I'd say

Nearer the start of the year this was sent to two in england; 1 in europe ( couldn't spell Europethenlol !%$ : ) ). And one in western u.s

I didn't think the one I had before was BS,but the smell was more pervasive and pungent than this one is. This one is kind of sweet/rank whereas the one I had before was more like B.O. but I haven't really done anything other than rub trichs on the odd sugar leaf to get a smell of it. I definitely recognise it as something I've smoked a lot of in the past though,and I know the folk who like cheese I gave it to will be very pleased, but it's not vigourous enough to keep up with anything I grow without propping the pot on something to even out the canopy,and even given a headstart at the begininng of flower it was soon overtaken again. If it makes great rosin who knows I may uni-crop a run but I haven't done that for years as I prefer variety. I'm not knocking the cut or it's authenticty, like I said man taste is subjective.

Just smoked a crispy little bit. For me, it ain't her. It familiar like its got cheese in it but not original cheese. Just not astringent enough and the stink doesn't penetrate a bag (I put some in a bag, went outside in fresh air for few minutes and sniffed and nothing till I opened the bag and rubbed it about and yeah, too fruity not astringent. bollocks :(

looks pretty nice mind, just not the og cheese.
doubt its cheese x nl either cause that stinks just as bad as cheese.
kinda looks like (what we used to call indica hybrid)

its medium/high potency id say. Nothing amazing, strong but not really, really strong. Nothing like the half a joint business with proper cheese. I could smoke 2 or 3 on the trot of this.

I find comparing the Potency hard with this One because the Aroma/Smoke is so very different to normal frontrunners.
This Reaches (Activates!) Part of the Consciousness that other weeds don't reach.

i still have an og blue meanie [ if i could get her back] against any of the cheeses and she looks very like cheese in structure but not the potency but aroma is all there,,
oj,gratefulH and myself were chatting about the bs cheese plus the variables and oj has the og bs cut but if grown in coco,soiless,,hydro and it appears different and a few peeps say or imply that its not the bs then we are right back where we started and the main reason we didnt want this cut,,s2:tiphat:

NBE please don't take my lack of enthusiasm as a diss..
The reason I got it, if you recall, was because I'd said I wasn't interested in cheese based on previous experiences with it. Based on my current experience with it I still have the same view.. We're all different, I don't smoke or vape flowers whatsoever, so to me a unless a flower will drop it's trichs readily or make excellent rosin, it will be discounted. So whether this is brightsides cheese or not makes no odds unless it does what I require of it.
As I said earlier, it's definitely not the one I grew years back, I can say that for sure based on 2 or 3 different factors and my grow style hasn't changed an iota since I last had it and I wouldn't mind betting I am still using the exact same 5l tubs of liquid feed I had back then as I use so little of it.
I don't agree that this isn't cheese, it's definitely got a good portion of what I recall as cheese in it, but there's something else there which seems out of place to me and I still say either blues or psychosis.
@Mack you'll be able to gauge what you reckon soon enough man ;)

went a bid mad buying seeds today,got 12 djs gold by DNA, and a pack each of original delicatessen EDY and first lady. Looking forward to popping some new flavs,and revisiting the EDY.
