And what is the different taste / odor between Exodus an Brighside cut ?

i'll say what i know,at least part at this time, She's an Exceptional Skunk no1 found in the early 80's,treasured and held by the Exodus crew of which brightside was part of.

Cheese is a UK clone only from Luton in Bedfordshire bro, not a strain, its a sport cultivar found in a packet of 80s Sensi Seeds skunk#1 - there are no other "cuts", only knockoffs.
Unless your cut was verified by smoke test by someone from the area and the period, you most likely never smoked it let alone grew it.

7 yrs ago (ish) i was lucky enough to obtain English Ricks 100% Brightside Cheese. oh man! the smell that came off this Plant (or buds?) was Phenomenal. like Psychosis a different smoke i actually found that one negative & depressing (but alot i expect is due to scenario) [well i know what im saying ] ... After a while smoking the Cheese made you paranoid

This "Stoke on trent " cheese is from an ex grower/dealer kindly and Surprisingly brought to me "from Brother" (-; at the time and being a non Cultivator i was Happy getting "Cheese" delivered to me Lovely stuff and i was a bit disheartened when i got a whatsapp msg sayin' do you want to go halfs on 1/2 oz (oz?) of weed " its a Variation of Cheese!" an' " THATS THE BEST CHEESE YOU'LL EVER 'AVE !!! " ..this did make a pondering interest (-:
went to bruvas house n YahooO! - i recognised the Aroma Instantly
-The unmistakeable Aroma, recollecting now i went to where this was being smoked n fondled and Smelt the bud n yep She's TOTALLY as i remember, had a few cigs after,? and as before they were Tainted with this Cheese - Almost as if you were smoking the same again! (( " endurance weed "
Went to the bag of the stuff ltr an the Smell didnt seem to be their! /-:
Probably approached to Joyfully,maybe arrogantly,dont know ... Anyway got 2 plants and Grew 1 of them ,same thing the fantastic Appetising smell smell wasnt there ALL untill you drew close . Then she was spot on the Same. , maybe the smell sense has deliberated in 7 yrs...
Direct Comparison with GG4 ,OGkush's etc, your gonna say there more potent, Sure. But This Stuff is Just Different manN . May find a Different Expression not far away !
Doesnt smell like any conventional Cheese! Lemon cheese? Lunar CHEESE? ,BIG CHEESE !

There is much confusion.
Brightside was an ic member back in the day.
He was passed a cheese cut which can be traced back to
The exodus crew.
Most people say this was the original cheese.

Since then confusion everywhere.
Some exodus cuts could be what's now called bright side cut
And vise versa.
Seems most cuts are either, the same
But with some genetic drift going on, or big buddha cheese or
S1's or crosses.
There seems to be two main cuts of cheese.
The one with the berry twang and the other one with the antiseptic,TCP taste. ( don't see this one much anymore)
One will throw foxtails all through the top bud.(the berry one)
The other one (Brightside) grows more of chunky cola,
With only one foxtail on the top.
(just like in hazeys pic, a few posts back)

When you get some real cheese, you will know it.
You should be able to smell it before they pull it out..lol

Oh and guess what... she a light feeder this one. I burnt her ass on the EC everything else gets. If you used to read posts by britishhempire et al about cheese back in the day, that might sound familiar

Its all adding up - correct bud growth (so far at least), correct smell (uncontrollable) correct rooting trait (7 days even by me who ppl have criticised) AND correct feeding habit (light)

The 1 with the antiseptic was the 1 i just lost,the buds had like a wee foxtal/nub.was told it was the original,was given it with a legit psycosis cut,which was similar.cheese finished a week or so quicker.i preferred the antiseptitic 1.the berry 1.was good too tho,!,776

Its antiseptic one I remember i think and believe that to be the original and what Brightsides cut is. I think it smells a bit mature cheddar/cheese counter/delicatessen while growing but chem/antiseptic/astringent when dry. Nothing fruity or sweet about this one here so Im hoping this is it bro

the antiseptic baby sick was how we described the Brightside clone i first aquired (british Hempire was there ) absolutely nothing to resemble a real cheese whilst growing though ,,nothing fruity is right too ,,it was /is just a really horrible putrid ranky stink ,not quite as bad as plantmagic root stim which is the most minging smell ever
