They are 6" cubes. This is first time Ive used them. I do aero but needed a break from the pump noise. After the last of the current bunch are done Im packing up for a while because Ive got to have builders in and then after than Im moving. When i start up again i will be back to aero but it will be far enough away that i don't hear the pump
I might use the 6" cubes in future for mums though. I think they are ideal for that.
Yeah you can graft smaller cubes into them easily enough or just sit them on top AND... they are completely silent
I been gone for a minute with a forced vacation.. But things at the grow continued to flow smoothly....
She does not stretch much but is an excellent brancher... Roots easy As fuk to... Tends to be a lighter feeder not needing much calmag as my og sours chem stuff... But handles it well... I have her in 2 rooms both look good but the one in the og room has some slightly burnt tips from being pushed hard... Which is great Looks just like spaventas found her sweet spot ... the ones in the zkittlez room look perfect...(probably pushem a bit harder) but ima let both finish out as is an see if the og room cheeses out yield the Skittles rooms cheese.l
She smells sumthin fierce!!!! Very pungent like super stank rooted feet, with sumthin sharp that burns your senses. Very astringent.. If I compared it to actual cheese maybe sour parmesan super loud.. like a stank trash can half full of parmesan cheese gone bad.. Maybe pour some bleach in there to try to cover it up is the best way I can describe it..

Also got some ODB (old dirty biker) exodus cheese x biker og I started bout the same time I got the cuts.. Pheno 2,4,5,7,8 are very cheese dominant.. Have 2 that look like a nice mix but Not 1 plant outta 15 can be called considered an og type r.. I was hopin the line was cheese dom The cheese is very dominant in this cross .... The seed room is on day 35...

Great description Mr Stone - (Stoney917).My old gro m8 use to say she smelt of parmesan cheese ! ... Definately does smell like somekind of parmesan cheese I've ever come across (maybe in a fast food place,or Restaraunt!?) , but doesn't resemble ya normal "run of the mill" Parmesans maybe . Dunno what rotted feet smell like !? But personally Ivr got a big instinctive feeling her smell is like this " Juniper "

So I ended up Spinning em the other way,
Sometimes 1080° n Variations... But they got there in the end. Just saying ...nc Pics.More the Merrier (-;

I had a flash back lol, when I was working in Israel caught a bus for the journey back ( not far,usually walked) I was by myself on the bus and after a Short while he pulled over. Stopped the bus ! I went to the front an' maybe before I could ask he says " Get Off, you Stink "! - just lolled . yea MA FEET ! - Never washed the footwear, n very hot n sweaty there, especially when labouring in " Construction " for many hours of the day. - well I would wash them Now ! (((-:

I always have that trouble with the pics coming out at 90 degrees.
Sometimes they load fine but mostly at 90 degrees.
Tried turning them 90 degrees at a time then saving, but would always stay at 90. Even tried flipping the pic but still didnt work.
Now i have to load them to instagram first then upload then from my instagram album and eveything is how it should be.

They do a 8x8x8 inch cube, called big mama but doesnt have a hole for the transplants.
What your using is a Hugo cube 6x6x6inch and available with the hole for transplants.

Why would they make a cube without a hole for transplanting
- Cus Rockwool can be easily manipulated ?

Suppose the same reason they dont do slabs with transplant holes in.
Would probably cost grodan a massive amount of money on new tooling and is not cost effective when you can plonk one of there other cubes ontop.
Suppose you can make your own hole if you wanted but why mess with it if putting a smaller cube on top is doing the same thing.
I dont like to mess with rockwool, i just pre soak it and let it drain, i never squeeze excess water from a cube, i give the cubes a motion like there free falling and bring them to an abrupt stop and excess water comes out easy this way, if you got quite a gew to do, can make your arm sore next day lol.
People who squeeze rockwool are only reducing the amount of oxygen the media can hold.
I love rockwool as a cloning medium and always get my best results with it.
