they have every reason to be concerned. i have not pulled the lever for any Republican since the fools nominated him in 2016. call me a criminal if you wish (since i am) but i'm not a fucking moron that wants to destroy our country for the sake of one assholes ego / hunger for power that he should never have. the GOP sold their soul for temporary power, now let them pay the price for that indiscretion.

Last Repub I pulled the lever for was Jr. I had the really dumb analogy "you don't change horses mid stream" stuck in my head for some reason.

After having met the man I couldn't pull the lever for Obama, but wouldn't vote GOP any more. So I skipped voting for President until 2016 when I voted for Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho. Regretted it the next day when Trump won. And have voted straight D ever since.

I voted in 2014 for the Governor's race because I watched Scott "Googly Eye" Walker destroy unions in WIsconsin and couldn't stomach another 4 years of his insane policies designed directly to hurt people I loved.

You could say 2014 was the year I woke up politically. Then I started more paying attention in 2016 after the Mango Messiah won. Fell into the "Both Sides" asshattery for about a year until I really started paying attention to not only their words but their actions. And then remembering how often one side didn't ever line up. At all.

And now you know why I vote D for the time being.

If the GOP would actually enact policies designed to help people and not hurt or punish, I could see pulling the lever for them again. But not now. Not this version whose sole purpose is to spread hate of people who I love.

I'll bet allot of people feel that way. Maybe not straight D, but like they got the momentum rolling in a bad direction.

Former President Donald Trump threw down the gauntlet in a Sunday evening Truth Social rant, challenging a host of his perceived enemies—including Rupert Murdoch and the “heads” of his Wall Street Journal newspaper—to the same mental acuity test that he supposedly “aced” a few years back. Trump was apparently angry about a WSJ poll which asked voters about his age and mental fortitude. “Where did that come from?” He asked. “A few years ago I was the only one to agree to a mental acuity test, & ACED IT. Now that the Globalists at Fox & the WSJ have failed to push their 3rd tier candidate to success, they do this. Well, I hereby challenge Rupert Murdoch & Sons, Biden, WSJ heads, to acuity tests!”

See this is the kind of thing that really makes me scratch my head about Trump and his claims to be a stable Genius. Sure he aced a very simple test a few years ago but it doesn't prove as much as Trump wants to portray it as. All that simple test does is show whether or not someone is a dottering old fool in the beginning stages of Alzhiemers or not. The fact that Trump passed it means next to nothing. Ironically the fact that he tries to read so much more into it is the kind of behavior that makes people want him to undergo much more critical mental testing. Not because they're concerned that he can't remember 5 random words after a minute but because he has these delusions of granduer and thinks everyone is out to get him so badly that he talks about wanting to get rid of the Constitution our nation has been founded on since the beginning so that he can openly violate the rights of anyone who says anything he doesn't like without them having constitutional protections to fall back on.

A quote from the article:
It is. Can Biden energize those occasional and swing voters to come out and vote for him? If the GOP nominee is Trump I don't think it will be an issue because he drives negative voter turnout. He has for 3 election cycles so there's no reason to believe it won't happen a 4th time. Because 91 felonies across 4 indictments should certainly endear him to more voters :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Biden is already starting his push in the swing states. One of his PACs spent as bunch of money on ads for the different markets touting his accomplishments.

Oh, and I bought eggs for 1.29 a dozen yesterday.

We shall see.

Last republican vote I cast was in 1972. 1.54 is the best price I found around here.
