No I see it just find, it's just that whenever I click it about 90% of the time I get a scrolling animation across the top of my browser like it's trying to open the message for editing but it never opens. The other 10% of the time it works like it is supposed to.

Wow some people have no idea who they’re talking to when they try to extrapolate a whole persons worldview from some internet posts.


I’ve sat in a jail facing 50 years in prison for growing a plant, in that jail, ran by that sheriff. I think that the government agency that investigated, arrested, and housed me had a bigger impact than any president on my life.


I beat the case. If you don’t tell on yourself you’ve won 90% of cases off the bat by shutting up.

Too bad Trump never learned this wise advice. 90% of the problems he's currently facing are due to his inability to keep his mouth shut. The other 10% is due to his co-conspiritors inability to keep their mouths shut.

i'm betting trump's court record is going to get even worse this year...

The New York attorney general’s office claimed that Donald Trump inflated his net worth by as much as $2.2 billion in just one year, according to court documents made public Wednesday. The allegation comes as part of the attorney general’s office’s civil fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and the Trump Organization, which allegedly found that the former president’s financial statements were inflated between $812 million and $2.2 billion annually over a 10-year stretch. Trump and his organization used these yearly overestimates to milk more money out of banks and insurers, the attorney general’s office argued—and it wants to skip the trial altogether in favor of a summary judgement. “Based on the undisputed evidence, no trial is required for the court to determine that defendants presented grossly and materially inflated asset values in the [statements of financial condition] and then used those SFCs repeatedly in business transactions to defraud banks and insurers,” the office wrote. Trump and his sons are being sued for $250 million. Should they lose the suit, the trio would be unable to serve as an officer or director of any New York business and would be banned from real estate deals for five years.

Yeah that's what I don't get about this latest generation of Republicans. I mean hypocrisy has been a problem in politics on both sides for a long time but this latest generation of Republicans are so blatant about it and do it so often it's just amazing to me that none of their heads have fallen off from turning to look the other way.

to make an extreme example...it's like there was actual video of trump literally shitting on the constitution and the repugs are all "free speech!!" and the repugs hearing an unconfirmed third hand rumor about biden sneezing a snot rocket in the white house so they're all "impeach him!" and somehow think its fine

Finally we're seeing some accountability. In court Rudy Giuliani lost the defamation case against for spreading lies about how two Gorgia election workers, Shae Moss and Ruby Freeman because he failed to turn over documents for discovery. Because of that the judge basically found him guilty and so now the case will move forward only to determine the amount of damages. I kind of feel sorry for those two women though, there is no way they'll get anywhere near what they should after the courts get done with Rudy. I mean I know they keep talking about how Rudy was able to get to Georgia on a private plane (probably donated by some MAGA moron) but let's face it, he was so desperate for cash he did an appearence on Masked Singer and before that he was involved in some service (I think it's called Cameo) were you could hire Rudy and/or other famous people to record pretty much whatever brief message you wante, for a price. After all his legal woes are over Rudy's acount will be down to a buck three eighty. :D

I think I said this once before but I'll say it again because I'm feeling it's an even stronger possibility now. At first I felt that going by the way they were giving him the kid glove treatment (given the seriousness of his crimes) that there was virtually no chance they would do anything worse then home detention if he was found guilty. Now though, given the way he keeps running his mouth, even a day after the judge told him to knock it off. Riling up his base and then they turn around and start doxing, harrassing and threatening wittnesses, prosecutors and judges. I'm almost surprised they haven't revoked his bond already. I mean if I was that judge in the DC case after getting that death threat from that ignorant skank in Texas, which was just days after he was told to knock it off and one day after he ignored that instruction and riled that skank up. I would have locked him up. She did do the next best thing which was true to her warning by speeding up when the trial would start. Making it just the day before Super Tuesday was an extra bonus on top. He's still running his mouth though and so I think she ought to give him a little taste by locking him up until the trial starts to let him know she's not putting up with his crap. I mean if any of us were given that warning and were being charged with the same things, and then went and spewed the crap he did, we'd be in jail already. The pundits seem to agree that they're letting things slide for fear of what his base will do. I say let them try something and hopefully the cops in their areas will treat them like the rabid dogs they are. Really though I think 99% of his base doesn't have the balls to try anything and only about 1% would even try, which that's about what has already happened. Just a tiny fraction are crazy enough and stupid enough to say or do anything. In my opinion all this going soft on him is just emboldening these MAGAts. It's time the lot of them from Trump down to his lowliest supporter learn that freedom of speech does not equal freedom from consequences. Because if they keep getting the idea that they're afraid of what they'll do then maybe the percent who is stupid enough to try anything will start going up.

What really pisses me off is there is a black rapper (I forget his name) how is charged with virtually them same charge (RICO) and he's had his bond denied from the start and has been sitting in jail for months waiting for his trial to start. Yet Trump and his lackeys whine about how it's a two tiered system that's treating Trump unfairly. This rapper even offered to be confied to his home with a monitoring bracelet and no Social Media or Internet access and they still won't give him bond. They're right, it is a two teired justice system but in favor of Trump.
