I'm thinking he'll end up both in Georgia and in front of the Federal court in DC. It would be a mistake to gamble on getting a better judge, he could just as easily end up with the same no nonsense judge Trump has now in DC. plus if there is any sense he tstified against Trump I don't see any of the current candidsts coming to his rescue just out of GOP loyalty. Mayb if it was the old pre Trump GOP but not this new MAGA GOP.

As for Flynn he might be in one of these indictments, don''t forget, there are quite a few unnamed co-conspirators still. Sometimes they leave them unnamed hoping they can turn then and Flynn did help Mueller out to get a reduced sentence. Sometimes though the remain unnamed because they don't feel they have a strong enough case against them yet and could still be working on them They can always come back later and indict any of these unnamed co-conspirators. Flynn was mostly pushing for declaring Marshall Law and having the military sieze voting machine which was an idea that Rudy of all people talked them out of. So they're probably having a harder time nailing down Flynn.

Flynn got off with a Chump pardon. It seems likely there is something they will pin on him that can not be called double jeopardy. Flynn had major culpability. The unnamed co-conspirators are, as you say, probably flip targets that can be played against each other to gain information. They don't want the cat out of the bag on who gets what deal and witness security will be a big problem. Chumps criminal speak will be responsible for directing violence and threats on judges, jury, and witnesses. Maybe this will buy him a more immediate incarceration to shut him up.

If you commit the same offense twice it's not Double Jeopardy. It's a second crime.

under certain circumstances, you can be charged & tried for the same offense in both federal and state courts without it being double jeopardy.
