A lot of is forget that historically, states right to choose was supposed to be what made democracy what is intended to do.
What I see now is a bunch of people crying about government isn’t taking care of them.

Speaking of personal liberty. That surely covers one’s right to vote for a candidate that represents their interests and personal views. A candidate that will lead the country. Who was it again you voted for ?

but isn´t this exactly what Trump did when he lost to Biden? It turned really nasty and violent too. So I reckon that Trump himself has no respect for demoracy at all Which is kinda funny because he needed it to become president in the first place, lol

I haven´t read the rest of the thread yet but -
Has anyone else kept an eye on gold lately? Well, ever since the night (over here in Europe that is) of the election the price of gold has been going down, down, down....
And it´s kinda strange because I was chatting to my mum on the phone and told her about it and said how lucky we were. You see she had asked me to sell some bits and pieces of gold for her and this was right before the US election to place. The price was still at around 2700 .
Phew!
Anyway, she told me that the last time Trump became president her american shares dropped in value and she hardly recieved any dividends either.
Could there be a connection... surely not!
