how about calling yourself union Joe and making it illegal for rail worker unions to strike?
certain jobs are unionized, but you cannot allow them to strike and damage the national/world economy because they aren't happy. everything has limits whether or not people want to admit this. look at what Reagan did when air traffic controllers decided to strike after he warned them not to. nobody is irreplaceable, no one. simple fact of life...

has anyone noticed how many states have succeeded in passing abortion restrictions since Roe V. Wade was struck down by the Supremes? i've got the number written down here someplace...there it is! zero. all state laws banning it outright were "sunset" laws predicated on the Supreme Court breaking a 50 year precedent, which they damn near never do. if those laws were to be put to the voters again, i doubt many (any?) of them would be passed. voters let them slide because they never dreamed that the Supreme Court would do something so blatantly political/ contrary to their own traditions and the will of the voters. JMHO

I had a friend arrested with a few tabs of acid on Georgia. Don't recall the exact area, but he had rich parents and the search was deemed illegal so he got off, but I do remember him telling me he thought he'd be fine because he made friends with a big black guy named Bubba who said he was gonna look out for him. I laughed a little and changed the subject, that friend is now a Trump supporter.

That's why Chump is where he is and Bubba is here he is, because there are two different types of of affordable justice. If Bubba was a little brighter he might realize this. If justice had done what it was supposed to do instead of acting like street beggars then Chump might be getting more support from Bubba than he ever thought possible.

yeah....he's gonna do great on the witness stand

Donald Trump says he has so many allies he can’t keep track of them. When asked by a reporter in Iowa on Saturday about alleged election interference by allies in Georgia, he offered a rambling response: “Many of the allies I don’t know because we have so many allies and a lot of them I don’t know so I don’t know exactly what you’re talking about.” He went on to say, “I can tell you this. These people want to see democracy, they want to see a nation be great again. Right now our nation is … going to hell. So we have a lot of allies that I don’t know, but they’re allies nevertheless. And I can’t speak to that. Nobody can answer that question. But I can tell you one thing, there was a lot of shenanigans going on with the election.” Trump could face a fourth indictment as early as next week over his attempts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia. Fani Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney who is overseeing the case, is expected to seek over a dozen indictments and racketeering charges against numerous Trump allies.

Well all I can say is after they get done with all the indictments for election interference and Stolen TS classified Docuents, and J6 and anything else that might be in the works. I want to see one last indictment for The death he caused of that 75 year old man in Utah, the death of the guy he caused who tried to attack an FBI Field office in Ohio, The attempted murder of his own Vice President, the attempted murder of the speaker of the house that resulted in the serious injury of her husband and the attempted murders via that nutjob from Florida using pipe bombs and for whatever other attempts at vioence that got thwarted before anything could happen and so they didn't make the news very much. Each and everyone of those cases only happened because of the violent rhetoric mixed with proven lies, that were uttered by Trump. Had virtually any other public figured worked up a cult like following and then movtvated thru their words to go commit murder or try to commit murder or violence they would have been held accountable. Trump knew exactly what he was doing when he triggered those people and carefully chose his words to get them to do what he did. The only thing he didn't know was which one of the psycho's in his cult would actually be the one to do it. It's called Criminal incitement which refers to conduct, words, or other means that urge or naturally lead others to riot, violence, or insurrection. The First Amendment guards citizens' rights to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government. But these rights come with limits. A big lesson Trump and all of his followers need to learn is that Freedom of Speech does not mean freedom from consequences.

He's got one thing right. There was a lot of shenanigans with the 2020 election. Committed by Donald Trump and his sycophant army.

Trump isn't the only one guilty of it though. He and his team may have been the source for a lot of it. But it was spread through the Right Wing Information Silo like COVID on a cruise ship. FOX, Newsmax, and OAN also played a very large part in fomenting the insurrection, as well as all the right wing grifters in social media - Ben Shapiro, Steven Crowder, Dim Fool, I mean Tim Pool.

And there's the "Leftists" who are absolutely in on the Right Wing grift like Jimmy Dore and Tulsi Gabbard, trying to sway the "independents" who always vote R.

shenanigans
The first known use of shenanigan was in 1854.

What happened in U.S. History in 1854?

It became law on May 30, 1854. The Kansas-Nebraska Act repealed the Missouri Compromise, created two new territories, and allowed for popular sovereignty. It also produced a violent uprising known as “Bleeding Kansas,” as proslavery and antislavery activists flooded into the territories to sway the vote.

What happened in 1854 that lead to the Civil War?

The Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854 established Kansas and Nebraska as territories and set the stage for “Bleeding Kansas” by its adoption of popular sovereignty.

I hope there are no repeat "shenanigans" in 2024.

Talking to “Firing Line with Margaret Hoover,” Will Hurd stated, “Donald Trump is a liar. Donald Trump is a loser. And Donald Trump is a national security threat to the United States of America. And we need to be honest about that.”

Yeah it was more then just Trump and I hope all who helped push Trump's campaign of violence get held accountable. Most pf the others you named though were just helping to spread the lies which was wrong and unethical but I'm not sure a good legal argument could tie them to the violence. Trump on the other hand was telling his supporters things like they had to fight like hell and if they didn't they would lose their country and encouraging them to react if he got indicted and saying things like if you come after us we'll do things to you like nobody has ever seen before or if you come after me i'll come after you. Also there was the times where he implied that if they indicted him there would be a violent reaction from his supporters. I mean he was carefful to word it such that nobody could accuse him of directly instructing people to commit acts of violence but he knew what his supporters were capable of and he was indirectly suggesting that committing acts of violence was an acceptable response. So the way I see it he's responsible for the things done in his name. Some of the ones who didn't get themselves killed even stated they were doing what they did for Trump. The only other person from his crowd that I think could be fairly tied to inciting violence would be Steve Bannon and maybe Michael Flynn.

I'm not saying Fox, Newsmax and OAN are innocent, for Trump's supporters to believe their threats of violence was a justified response they had to believe they were wronged in some wayand thise media outlets definately help to reinforce the false accusations Trump made,

Don't forget about Jogging Josh Hawley. And Lauren Boebert giving a tour to one of the insurrectionists on January 5, where he is videoed taking several photographs of sensitive entrances.
