Well that's not entirely true. it is true that Judge Aileen "Loose" Cannon did block his attempts to delay indefinately, she did manage to delay things somewhat by rejecting the Special Incestigator's filing to protect the classified documents (without prejudice0 and telling him he needs to spend more time discussing things with Trumps lawyers abs then refile. She also rejected his motion to start the trial in December saying that was too soon. Sp what she effectively did was make herself appear to not be biased while at the same time still put the brakes on things. Now we have to see how she reacts to the next round of filings, however long that delay ends up being. Hopefully the next motion that The Special Investigatoor files will not leave any room for her to play such games and force her to reveal whether she is going to be a fair and impartial judge or will she continue to do her Master's bidding? i suspect she'll do the later and that upon doing so she'll give jack Smith a way to appeal to a higher court to have "Loose" Cannon removed from the case.
