Scroll down a short distance at the page for the pertinent video of Seth Meyer's 'A Closer Look'.
What gets me about her idea as I understand it, is that she wants to do this divorce but wants to keep all the benefits of the Federal Government as it is now. I guess in her mind that would be allimony payments?

If she wants a complete seperation where the re states would form their own Federal Government while the blue states get to keep what already exists as their Federal Government, I wouldn't be entirely opposed to that since most of the taxes paid in to run the government come from the Blue States. So what we get to keep our money and don't have to worry about republicans spending it or getting in the way of the government's agenda? Sounds like a good deal to me.

Mind you I'm not really pushing for that to happen but as off the rails as the republican party seems to be getting with no signs of it stopping, it's seeming like an idea that gets better day by day.

Murdoch answering truthfully may cost him millions of dollars....or more.
I'm hoping the judge awards Dominion the full 1.6 Billion they're sueing for and then the cherry on top would be if the judge says in an interview afterwards, "I could have awarded just 1 million...but I didn't."

I think we could generously throw in Arizona, Alabama, Mississippi, and Georgia, Iowa, The Dakotas, and perhaps Florida too, for about .50 cents extra.

Boy!! That'd be a load off of our collective tax dollars.... I wrote, sitting in Alaska, which sucks down LOTS of disproportionate federal tax dollars.. as another federally dependent red welfare state.

But we have whales and puffins and stuff to distract from, our quasi-welfare state status. Give us a break... with interest, please.

I for one would prefer to know my taxes didn't go to a rich athlete's daughter's school for a new volleyball stadium.

Part of the resolution could be repetitious on air admissions of each lie told showing the clips.
Nice frosting on a $1.6B cake.

I think the foreperson of the GA Grand Jury is making big mistakes with her TV appearances.
15 minutes of fame can come with a high price tag.

after seeing the foreperson in an interview i dont trust her motives.

when asked if Trump is going to be indited she kinda grinned and said something like the public will not be surprised.

many in the media took this as affirmation that Trump was going to be indited.

i took this different. she claims to be non-political, i guess b/c she hasnt voted before, but she stated that the best part was getting to shake Rudy Giuliani's hand.

i think there is a good chance of her speaking out being a deliberate attempt to muddy the waters, making it more difficult for indictments to occur for Trump and those in his immediate orbit.......did she give an interview at the request of Republicans or is she just seeking her 15 min of fame?

lock up the regular guys but do nothing to elites.

you left out the moose, 3 types of bears (4 counting polar/griz hybrids) caribou, blacktails, fish out the wazoo, incredible scenery... can't we keep Alabama? the fishing and hunting are incredible, and the people there are alarmingly friendly if not talking politics...as country as fried green tomatoes. :good: give them Ohio & Illinois instead. i lost nothing there that i want back...

That I can tell, she violated no restrictions re. rules or parameters laid out by the Judge. Though reading her non-verbal indicators was humorous.

The impersonation of her on SNL this last Saturday was both hilarious and accurate.
