imo the way to address the boarder crisis is to acknowledge the root cause, which neither party has done. The solution to the boarder crisis also addresses the issue with China....move manufacturing out of China and into the central American countries so people will have opportunities w/o having to walk to the USA, this will weaken China putting unexpected financial burdens on the CCP.
perhaps you should check out a youtuber, Bald and Bankrupt, he recently posted a video of him walking with migrants across the Darien Gap and ask yourself how bad are the conditions in their country that you risk your life to get here.

those people have always been a small minority. not everyone's destined to be some inventor or beneficiary of some startup company. much of it is simply being in the right place at the right time. and as moose pointed out, a good number of them aren't the self made people they claim to be. just look at elon.

Greed is too rampant in billion dollar corporations to pay a living wage, they say they have a responsibility to their investors/stock holders to churn out profits so the workers suffer, allowing the stock holding people to make money.
