While what an adult does to their body, or what’s in it is totally up to them, this initiative was worded so poorly that it covers birth to death.

Being that it’s now in the constitution, many laws dealing with age of consent could be struck down.

What a grown woman does with her body is her business. Why not just say that? As it’s currently worded someone’s 10 year old daughter can get any reproductive care she wants, with no parental oversight.

Because an individual is any living person. There is no limiting language except for viability. Nothing about the age of the person seeking “care”.
