I think I'm noticing an unforeseen consequence of electing Trump as President. That consequence being that due to his own fondness for whacko Conspiracy Theories, making him President gave permission to every conspiracy nut to indulge in conspiracy theories. Now of course we saw all the conspiracy theories baseed on Covid-19 and the vaccine we created for it but that almost doesn't count as there have been conspiracies based on vaccines since well before Trump got into politics in 2016. Now though it just seems like everything that seems new or unfamiliar to the masses has a conspiracy theory attached to it. The most recent example and the one that really got me thinking about this phenomenon was all the crazy theories theories of which there were several that spring up around the recent nationwide test of the emergency broadcast system that incuded even cellphones. Weekly and monthly emergency broadcast alert system tests for tv and radios have been going on like forever it seems and nobody thinks twice about those other then they are an annoying interuption to whatever you might be listening to or watching when they happen. This test however included cellphones which gets tested less frequently like every three years i believe. Anyway the main theory being broadcast claimed that mixed in with the alert was an electric signal that would activated nanoparticals hidden in the Covid-19 vaccine and that it would turn people who heard the signal and had received the Covid-19 vaccine into zombies. Now some story as crazy as that isn't all that surprising people have been coming up with farfetched things like that for some time. What really surprised me though was how widespread it was believed and reported on. To the point that FEMA, the agency conducting the test had to issue statements informing people there was no hidden signals in the test. Of course that probably didn't help much with the people who bought into the theory the most because most of them believe that FEMA is working on plots to round up people into huge concentration camps and put the country under martial law.
i thought this was silly. Graphene is an amazing material and when you have 2 layers of Graphene, a single layer of carbon atoms, stacked one on top of the other and then one layer is rotated 1.1 deg then the interesting properties of graphene appear.
there is an issue of mass manufacturing a graphene on a scale to be put in millions of doses of the vaccine and while im far from an expert on the capabilities of graphene im not sure how it could respond to an EBS warning to cause harm to those that have graphene in them.

I'm no expert on Graphene either but I'm pretty sure it can't be made into being a zombie on off switch. You are correct though it's expensive and difficult to mass produce although according to what I read the graphene alledgedly in the vaccines is not the more interesting kind that can be used for so many better things.
My guess is the people who started this conspiracy theory was counting on the fact that the average person who would buy into this theory would just take the word of the person spreading the theory and not try to apply any critical thinking skills such as the fact that zombies are just a thing of fiction featured in scary movies. Sure there have been stories in recent years of people whacked out on designer drugs such as "bath salts" have been reported to behave like zombies but still they are in fact not zombies.
Not specific to vaccine production, but there is fodder for conspiracy theories aplenty.

What I find even more interesting is that after Scalise got the nomination for speaker they did a polling of representatives and found that there were three republican candidates that the representatives were willing to vote for, of the two most talked about (Jordan and Scalise) neither had enough votes to be elected as speaker and the real interesting result is that it wasn't just because they ended up stealing votes from each other but mainly because the third person republicans wanted to vote for, and who had the most votes, was McCarthy who according to the poll had 60 votes while Scalise only had around 41 and Jordan had even less then that.
Another interesting thing going on is that there are reports that quietly in the background the democrats are working on getting Hakeem Jefferies elected and since he would get all of the democrats they only need 5 republicans to join the democrats in order to elect Jeffries, at the time this was being reported they already had one republican willing to cross the aisle so really all they need is to convince 4 more republicans. So as a testiment to just how messed up the republican controlled house of representatives is, there is a very real possiblity that the person they just forced to step down (McCarthy) could win or even more embarrasing there is a possibility that a democrat (Jeffries) could be elected to be speaker of a republican majority house of representatives. It should be noted though that when asked about how he felt about the possibility of being re-elected, McCarthy said he had absolutely no interesting in being Speaker again and would turn the position down should he be the one elected. I can't say I blame him after the experience he had the first time around, although as desperately as he seemed to want and to try to hold on to the position I find it difficult to believe if it was just handed to him without him even trying.
Another interesting side note of the report where I heard all this is that many of the republicans are setting forth a certain condition in order to secure their votes. That condition being that the 8 most radical MAGA republican extremists either be expelled or be removed from any and all committees thereby rendering them even more useless and ineffective then they already are. The eight being people like Matt Gaetz, MTG, Boebert, Tuberville, Comer and three other (not sure which ones).
