i bet they changed the name from c-15 to s-10 and made c-15 a different bill for something else (nuclear policy or something) in an attempt to kill what momentum there was. now you gotta go around telling people about s-10. christ almighty

quebec needs to realize what the conservatives are doing, and stop voting for the bloc or get the hell out of our country (which i wouldn't want because their giant population is the only thing right now keeping the neo-cons from having free reign)....

Yah, so if its 6 or more plants for the mandatory whats to stop people from just growing 5 fucking huge trees?


People are gonna do bare bulb vert setups w/ 5 trees in 30 gallon bins yeilding like 10-15 pounds total and not get jail time if caught.


Meanwhile if I want to have a pc case setup and experiment w/ genetics by popping seeds instead of using clones (seeds = more plants) I'm gonna go to jail for 9 months cause I had 15 plants in beer cups. FUCKING RETARDED

Just don't get caught brother , have to be more cautious now than ever.I don't know how long this bill will last maybe a few years at the most I mean how can they incarcerate that many people...fucking 50% of BC will be in jail.

I'm going to write a letter to my MP firstly saying bill s-10 is crap, but that's obvious and probably wont garner much attention, but I'm also going to mention something about maybe at least trying to amend the bill to make it logical in regards to production potential ie. canopy space vs plant #s. I don't want to produce much at all but I want to be able to play around w/ genetics and breed which would be very hard w/ 5 plants!

LOL I immediately looked into grafting my mother plants when this came up. I got five ladies just hanging around waiting for a cutting or two. They do nothing other than uphold a genetic. Dont get caught, but also make sure theres no scales, baggies etc, and apparently no evidence of baking brownies around as a backup. Mandatory is with evidence of trafficking.

People love to discriminate. So called "drug abusers/addicts" are legally discrimated against by the state and industry even if their comsumption of drugs is off the job and in the privacy of their own homes.

Harper and gang can't spew out their normal prejudices against the "immigrant element" for fear of losing to many votes so the new discrimination is the "criminal element." That is us poor cannabis users and personal growers in thier eyes.

Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Write my MP.. done repeatedly with the same standardized form letter in response.

Do I vote.. damm right (everytime).

Green Party has the only progressive drugs policy.

Jack Layton is a freaking scumbag liar who supported this bill.. Fascist MOFO!

I find the NDP very problematic in that they profess to be sticking up for Canadians, yet continually hop into bed with Harper.


The greens under elizabeth may will never attain official party status. They don't have it now and are still a total fringe party with the exception of a few BC ridings and probably a few in the GTA.

Really just too bad that there is no opposition party that would be capable of forming the government if a vote were to be held today, despite that Rahim jaffer / helena geourgis deal....i mean the conservatives campaigned on transperancy and cleaning up all the shady dealings within government, and now this happens.

the local NDP rep where I am smokes weed- or did in his earlier days, I knew him for a while and he talked openly about it. Maybe its just a few of em you need to target to get the support in the right places. Hopefully some of the idiots make it out to the treating yourself expo in toronto this summer and miraculously are transformed to be decrimilization advocates

If your talking about old bill C-15, 100% of all NDP who voted, voted against C-15. It was the Liberals and Cons that passed it to the senate.

if california votes yes to legalisation, i doubt canada or the world will consider "cracking down" especially if they are more toeralnt like our home on native lands.

harper, like most leaders, is a corporate pawn. most laws are in place to increase profits in the "stock hoilders" bank accounts. there will be more private jails opperating soon in canada, and law makers know how much canadians love to grow/smoke weed. we are like lambs being led to slaughter, and all people see is plant numbers.

gang shares will increase with harsher penalties, and so will turf war, extorsion, violence etc etc....

more people to throw in jail for cheap labour. it s will ripple on and on until big houses filled with slaves making corporate merchandise for 5 cents an hour.

id say its the last chance to keep baby boomers thinking pot is bad and siding with the law, becuase they know how aware the next generation is of the shadow government and its capitalistic agenda. did you know over 95 percent of all law is in place because of our monitary system? d
