If 5% of Tom's haze are really good, what are the rest like? Are they acceptable highs or just hay? I am in the same position as some others in that I only have a 4x4 space. I deliberately keep numbers low due to illegality so running upwards of 40 regular plants to maybe end up with 1 female is a risky option for me.

no it is not hay, I told you already. no 5% is not really good, thats absolutely wrong interpretation, it is out of this world, the most altering mind weed ever. ask your friend @Donald Mallard, he grew 2002 reproduction, he didnt mention any hay, and it reminded him some legendary australian thai weed.

but on the other hand why would you grow it in such space? go with hybrids.

Yet looks seem to be first major selection gate for Tom…big headed, high density trich fields get him closer to the 5%’ers.

the trich coverage on this haze specimen is anything but typical.

I see little sprinkles of trichomes on this cola. Certainly not large swollen glands.
I can show you plenty of hybrid plants where the hand leaves are totally coated.
And, shanti didn't call that specimen a haze plant, he called it a landrace. Right?
Let's try to keep our observations at a level of attraction, rather than promotion.
And, after all the observations, looks don't mean jack. It is ALL about the smoke.

Have you tried this haze?

I found it to be particularly resinous, the resin was glassy and tacky, not dusty or dull and the heads were surprisingly large.

The smoke was great, not 5% trippy great but well above average quality.
