I know others will have opinions, but I think probably 2 applications spread out by approximately 4-5 weeks back to back would be a safer bet.

That's what I did, and so far no PM.

My concern with 1 singular application was that I wouldn't effectively cover everything the first go around....resulting in recidivism.

Since Eagle is systemic in action, that's probably superfluous....but it made me feel safer.

Beyond that, I think I'll prophylactically apply throughout the more problematic times of the year (right before it gets tremendously hot or humid in the summer for instance).

'Twould also be a great idea to keep this stuff on hand for any clones/cuts people get...

Had I had this stuff earlier on, infected things couldn't have gotten a foothold.

One additional note: you probably want to use some sort of pressurized sprayer in addendum to the dish soap......
I got a gallon one at home depot that you'd use to spray your driveway for weeds or whatever......
Put everything in the bathroom and sprayed away......worked like a charm!

Krunch this stuff looks like it will do the trick and get rid of my PM problem, but a few questions before I buy it.

what kind of dish liquid should i use as a spreader?
would dawn dish soap work?
and how much pure gallon?
and can I just use a large Spray bottle to apply it, would that work?

sorry ahead of time if this has already been answered, thanks for your time

any dish soap works.
sure
2 ml's
sure, spray or dunk works fine

I'm about to use my first application of Eagle, I got some purple kush that seem to have nasty PM in their genetics. My questions is, if I spray a week before flower what happens if the PM comes back in say week 5 or 6 of flower? Is there anything I could do? Just trying to figure out what to do if and when PM comes back after I start 12/12 (flower)

Krunch, question. I grow in rockwool (4x4's). Do I need to protect the rockwool and roots from the spray of eagle 20? Or, is it ok to get into the root system?

Before I read Krunch's thread....I was looking for MELTATOX (yet another systemic bad boy).....put out all sorts of inquiries....but to no avail. That stuff seems harder to get than an ice cube on the sun without an ag. license.
Just glad to have found this thread and valuable information. K+

The guy I get my Nova from says people are insane to be using Meltatox in their gardens. Says shit is really toxic to humans and stresses weed out thats why he doesn't use it in his commercial green houses anymore since he switched to Nova.

As for mixing Eagle/Nova with other miticedes he says Nova (don't know about Eagle) is safe to mix with miticides like Advid/Floramite/etc... The only thing is since its a wettable powder you need to shake your sprayer as you spray.

Still waiting for this answer before using the eagle20. Anyone know if we should avoid the roots/grow medium or if it is good to get the eagle20 into the medium?

oh, my bad! alot of people dunk there clones, so im sure minimal eagle does make it into the medium. not sure if you should soak the medium with it though....

with all the people i have helped personally and on here, not one has killed there plants with eagle 20. even a kat who read the label and used 60 ml's per gallon, did not kill the plant, but it did mess up for a moment....,.

Eagle-20 is the shit. I had an infestation so bad, little black "tank beetles" crawling out of the holes in the pots so bad it looked like spilled dirt, except it was all moving!

I used Eagle-20 in veg, and at week 1 when I flipped, and it's day 41 and no bugs, I'm sold!

One thing though, I gave my sprayer with Eagle-20/floromite solution to a buddy, and he sprayed his plants in early veg, but just that one time. Maybe 30 days later he was getting tiny patches of PM on his leaves, so the Eagle works, but not forever.
He does Not keep a good environment though, so I have to think that played some part in his still getting PM after using the Eagle-20.

My room I keep a good environment, and I used the Eagle-20 when I flipped to 12-12, and it is working as suggested, my room is PM free. I KNOW I would have PM, and would be fighting it just like I did in my other room if I had not used the Eagle-20.

several crops ago, i got some clones form a club and flowered them. they had pm, didnt know till a week into flowering.

i sprayed the plants best i could and got 95% of the pm. but i did notice that where the spray didnt cover the stem and deep into the plants, it had slight pm.

so, i think the eagle has to come into contact with every sq in of leaf to fully eradicate it......
