Grow diary/photorelation

Some nice looking young flowers you have there.

I would buy yoursef a carbon filter and small fan. I reckon trying to make it out of cooking hood carbon filters will end up not working as well and costing almost as much.
Thank You for your time and reply.
Yeah.. I will go and look around the city for shop with growing equipment this week. I imagine I need to buy the smallest possible one for this space size.
Doing the best I can to keep those flowers keep looking good with the little experience I have, appreciate Your good words!

Will try to keep you guys updated.

Yeah, that was next question I was about to ask, is c-99 good enough reflection material to put in the box? should I expect temperature raise after foiling walls of the box?
I don't know c-99.
White foil is my choice, easily available. There is also silver foil and some growers just use silver reflective mirror like plates or just painted the walls white. Don't use kitchen aluminium foil please. :biggrin: Different reflection material has a different efficiency of reflection.
The overall temperature will not increase.

If you go around town and look for growing equipment, don't buy it yet. Write down prices and compare online. Most stuff is either made for households (loud or inefficient) or overpriced. Gosh i have serious flashbacks of my first real indoor steps right now :biggrin:

Looks like she is gaining some weight... good girl :biggrin:
Harvest in december could be possible if you see some hairs changing colour already. How many days did you flower the 10g plant before?
Happy growing ☮️
@aCBD the previous plant was very unlucky ... I couldn't manage temps, photoperiod properly, it was just living in dust town conditions under my desk getting stressed and broken multiple times through it's sad life.. I can link you back to the post..
I can tell already this one is going way better than the previous.. I am really sorry for victimizing that lady back then..

EDIT:
Yes, indeed, she is getting fatter and the trichomes starts generating aroma around the plant, wouldn't call it odor at this point tho.
Hairs changing color?... one orange pistil does count? xd

Hello =]
since beginning to this day she yellowed and dropped only 2 lowest possible bottom leaves in natural way, no signs of problems (yet) :p

Hello =)
I see more brown hairs... :biggrin:

Patience and care, keep on what you're doing and she'll reward you.

Do you have a small fan/ventilator for some air movement?

'You can't push the river' ...came to my mind. Read it somewhere and fits our little hobby. 😁

@aCBD
Fan only when lights on now, but going to install exhaust fan with carbon filter soon, that will be pulling air from inside lighted area where the most heat is directed at, few centimeters away from light on the same height, lamp has it's own fan that is pushing air downwards so it's heating the grow space.. when the exhaust is installed I might test 100W COB chips then. but not now when with 50W chip which uses in fact 45W(bugged or what? :D) of electricity and the temperature is around 25 C degrees at the mid level of the space, might be too much heat with 100w without exhaust nearby.
I want to make air holes down and carbon filtered exhaust on top, am I correct?
also, when should I use PK 13/14? I guess it's not the time yet

If you can, let the fan blow at the plant for a few minutes even when the lights are off. Just to move the used and humid air. Something like 5 mins every hour or so because even when the lights are off, the plant's metabolism is never sleeping.

Great to read that you've been able to get a filter and exhaust fan. :whee: When you're going to install it, make sure the plant is not under it! Accidents happen and better be safe.
You're right, most common thing is to place the exhaust at the top were the heat goes and cold air intake on the bottom.

Don't know about cob chips but you can play around a little, see where the temperature goes but it should drop in general when you installed a steady exhaust. With more light intensity you might need to raise the lights a little too.

Sorry for the wall of text, will end it here. :biggrin:

Happy growing! ☮️

In my case it would be lowering the plant, but yes I know it can't be that close when you double the power output. I know the plant ain't iron. Appreciate your words, the more the better, don't worry about writing too much friend :D Good hint is always welcome! Be happy and healthy and same to your plants :D
I know accidents happen, wouldn't be installing the exhaust with the plant still being inside.. it can spend some nice time near window and grab some real sunlight for last time :D
