My last visit to the dam a week ago wasn't that great. I decided to check out GreyArea. Big Mistake.

Got ripped off with a bag of LA Conf that wasn't that great to begin with.
GreyBerry bag was wet uncured bud that prolly lost lots of its weight by the time it got properly dried back home.

Big disappointment.

Oh yeah, the last time I got from dampkring. Same issue, wet buds that smoke like shit. Is everyone fucking selling wet buds to make more cash per gram (other than ripping you off with 0.1-0.2 per bag ?) ?

never seen WET bud from those two Respected places you mentioned. Spend friggin 10 hours on a plane for Wet bud and wank coffeshops that are dingy, no nice clean edges anywhere, no modern design, now wet bud...
The world is fucked..... I am shocked and need to self medicate quickly.,,

I was over the Dam last July and the 1st port of call was 36 my mate bought a g of bubblegum which was still quite damp very disappointed on the other occasions i have been there the weed has been decent, the best weed i have smoked in the Dam came from the Bluebird they are not the cheapest (most weeds are 12.5 euros for between .8 and 1.5 ) but every time i go there the weed has been top drawer and the staff have been very friendly.

We got robbed in the Bulldog (old 7th Heaven),,, by the pirate that worked behind the bar! No change from 10euros for x2 drinks which cost 6euro! wanker thought it was his tip! what bullshit... laughed in his face! That coffeeshop #7 used to be the most chilled out place in Amsterdam... but now it's definitely a bag of wank in my eyes! rant over

Max Lumens went to Amsterdam, bought a coffee in a coffeeshop for 4euros or some silly price, while lady is pouring it she said "you cant smoke cannabis from another coffeeshop in here. only off the menu". Like wtf is all that about? i'd have told her that she was "missing the point",, to "grow up",, and "share the joint with me". But word is many coffeeshop "workers" dont even smoke.. lol

On another occasion shinobi had to explain to the "workers" in De Dampkring how a light-loop works to see crystals,, wtf? you couldn't make that stuff up!

Amsterdam isnt what it was since they removed the Tibetan cushions and carpets from the floors and replaced them with plastic seats made in china. IMO. its one of the reasons i'm not in a rush to get back there. that and 5e for a milkshake.. lmfao

If your still young,, score a bag, blaze one,, wander about the jordan opening gates (its allowed as long as you close them to prevent the cat from escaping) until you find a student alms-house.. :friends:

lol its got more to do with the fact that everything gets sold under names that aren't real to begin with. That goes for weed in coffeeshops, where in most of the shops there hasn't be any real white widow since the mid 90's, like most coffeeshops in border area that will call weed white widow coz the tourists cant pronounce the names, and the fact that they will give seeds any name to make it sell. And then you still have all the different phenotypes with all their different smells, flavours and growpatterns.

considering that even most wine and beer experts can differentiate multiple 1st quality pilsners from each other, you might need to learn some lessons on sensory analysis before you start trolling.

SSH is a highly hybridized strain with a wide range of phenos, smell/taste etc varies a lot. Plus there is more then one distributor!


I have myself grown different batches of SSH beans from different distributors and I can honestly say that it has never been the same.

I have smoked alot of "what is supposed to be" ssh, sh, sssdh etc.......... it´s all good ....when it tastes good and smokes good imho..... it´s gooooooooood.. chill the crap out and let ppl enjoy what there smoking instead of focusing what the crap the shit is named!!!!! Hell i grew once a Nirvana master Kush for 15 dollars a pack, and convinced alot of kush lovers that it was og kush ( well that was the hype back then), not thati said it was, but alot of dudes were positive that it was........ By the looks of it....

p.s. i dont know what proper ssh should smell,taste like..........but i got some from mrHaze420 this summer and that was proper weed.......tasted like pine needles and molasses.

...last time in A'dam (June 2010) I tried all the strain I use to smoke when I was living there...none was the same in taste, so I asked for something special and I got top dawg from twede kamer....and it was SUPER....

Last time i was in the Dam, i dropped in on Grasshopper for a quickie on the way to the hotel. They wanted 20 Euros for a gram of Kali Mist, I got curious and bought a gram, the shit looked like it was cut early and it wasnt flushed properly at all.

Grasshopper, one of the first places you see when you exit the central station. Its a big place, they will rip you off!

Well arjans Amsterdam plastic chairs and tiny bar tables has hit Berkeley, Ca. BPG's new renovations look like arjan took a big shit in what was a cool club that allows patients to smoke(and smoke bud from anywhere,even a competing Collective). Use to be a cool place to hang and get medicated. Now looks like I'm in the greenhouse coffeeshop, Arjans gear everywhere Sweatshirts, tshirts, hats, grinders, jars, purses,calenders,and if you spend 15 dollars you get a greenhouse lanyard for free, Why would I want that unless i was able to string arjan up to the ceiling.

Just seems F'ed up to me! and hes turn a cool place into a raving/house euro trash be-bop club.
