Just curious. If they are not rioting, their activities would be protected by the bill of rights, just like a Trump rally would be.
Rights don't cease to exist, during exceptional circumstances, they are never more important than during exceptional times. Failure to secure rights during exceptional circumstances got us the damn patriot act .

I wouldn't put it past Trump to try this. If he does and the Dems win the Senate and keep House I say impeach and remove him. Then remove Pence as well.

Democrats are trying to steal the election. Many people got multiple ballots in the mail, obvious fraud is going down.

10 of the senior status judges are conservative and only 3 are liberals. That would make 23 conservatives and 19 liberals. Even if you went by the 16-13 it was still flipped because it must have been 16-3 or 26-3 (depending on if the 10 new conservative ones are new or replacements of liberal ones who retired or left)
The link didn't explain that when they have the 3 judge review panels they randomly select the judges to make up the panel. Having more conservative judges to randomly select from greatly reduces the odds of the panel being made up of 3 liberals or 2 liberals. It can now easily have a conservative majority.
So the democrats can no longer rely on the 9th circuit court. The odds favor the republicans now.
