I got shot full in both arms in boot camp too, and took additional series of shots later when I did a project in North Africa and Japan.

I don't remember taking additional shots for Europe or Mexico, but visiting further south of our border would ostensibly add another set of vaccines.

Cable is available here but we no longer have it because we seldom watch TV except for movies. When we had it, it seemed like about a gazillion channels with nothing worth watching.

I'm sure he's a great pup! 'Somebody' probably didn't think through what's involve in raising a GSD.
BUT, I 'think(sorry for putting words in your mouth) Boo is looking for 'specific' traits, like good 'bones'( I like to see the paper-work on hips/elbow), trainable.
By 'seeing' a pup in person, ya can 'evaluate' much better than a you-tube video.

I forgot to add, we got Becca from a breeder. I've told the story many times, 5 1/2 years on a concrete pad to a couch/bed/go dog. She just turned 11...

I think in Doobs case the sender is already on a list. When that happens some stuff still gets through because customs can't check every single piece of mail. I'm guessing that's why Ace has stopped mailing to the US. All my previous Ace orders came from Spain.

When mailing within the US I don't think USPS uses Xray on every piece of mail.

My favorite way to send cuts was wrapped up in a Tee shirt with a return address of fictional Tee shirt company. Quality labels with a fictional company logo and professional looking packaging.

Never had one intercepted.

Might turn out that it was a good thing doobs isn't growing.

This is also why I'll never get anything through the mail again.

I sent out a care package through USPS over 20 years ago and a postal worker opened it stole the contents and then sent it to it's destination.

When you are in Section 8 Housing doing anything even quasi against the rules is a very reckless endeavor. One of the things that you promise them upon them providing you your "gift dwelling" is that you are not going to break any of their rules, or any other regulations or laws, State or local, that could bring your peaceful coexistence there with others into question. Your apparent plans appear to put you directly in harms way. And if discerned as such, you could easily get kicked out with zero notice. Never again to grace their doorway, or to utilize your taxpayer supported lifestyle, again.
