I wrapped one around my foot and fell asleep once.
Had a blister on the entire sole of my foot,lesson learned.
Check out Amazon for their heating pads. All the new ones are coming out with Tim and variable heat so you don’t blister. You should see my belly. It looks like I have leopard spots on there from the heating pad darkening my skin in areas.
Mine have all been on my back.

I buy them by the half dozen from there.
Never been the same brand or make and I do that purchase once every year or two.
My backs spotted like boo's belly from it.........lowest setting for me and even then sometimes too hot.

Garden maintenance today
Back from my morning 3 mile walk. Made a Muscle Milk chocolate shake. Was good. Just getting high and fiddling around

Mine too even earlier. My buds didn’t look quite like that but he vegged twice as long as I did maybe even more.
