- Since then I have managed to turn it all around - firstly starting on a keto diet with 18/6 intermittent fasting daily - combined with an hour doing gentle aqua-aerobics core work - in the pool - every day - with lots of stretching and hanging from a bar - then after a few months - and considerable weight loss - I once again started to do an hour of weight resistance training - in the gym - as well as ramping up my pool core work - to include swimming as well -

- After 2 years of that routine - I had to cut back the physical exercise due to the signs of overtraining (tendonitis etc) - so now train every other day - and nowadays my back injury is hardly noticeable - due to all the surrounding/supporting muscles being much stronger and more stretched out - it really is such a HUGE relief - and has made the darkness (pain) go away mostly - making this Gypsy - a much happier chap -
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the absolute best way to treat lower back pain... period... end of story.

With the caveat, for _most_ people. If you have an actual, structural anomaly (bone spur), impinging on your spinal cord, you don't want to be lifting heavy weight. But you got to _move_, you just can't plant your ass on the couch, eat, drink , slam opioids, and hope it's going to get better.

It won't.

Two plants cut and hanging ......High Chew and Orig Chemdawg. Good yield on both. Looking forward to the High Chew.....stunk up the whole house.

Got a fricken Dr appointment later today. Since I got covid in November my throat feels like something is in it. so off to the Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. This better be nothing......sick of this. Just cover me up when you're done.

Exactly, the pains still there, but the herb allows your mind to take a break from focusing on it.

It helps in the same way with one's histamine system.
Some cannabinoids are also anti inflammatory(CBD and CBN in particular if I recall correctly). I have a genetic screwed up hip bone(it isn’t round as it should be) that causes inflammation occasionally that is bad enough that my foot swells up. When I smoke some of my aged cannabis, the hip pain and foot swelling dissipate. I know it is anecdotal but it is also repeatable. Maybe I should send @Putembk some aged bud…
