Someone's gonna be crying today and it aint gonna be me.
😆

Pro tip.............don't get on the tattooists last nerve before a session.
🐕
You do ink work, Dogzter?

Only have one tattoo at the moment, aside from a few scars that sorta' make for tattoos. Got the one when my younger brother died, with a Dylan verse around it, "He Not Busy Being Born Is Busy Dying"

Have been considering for a number of years an Aztec Sun on the opposite shoulder as my brother's tattoo, but with a Yin Yang as the center rather than the face, or perhaps the face intertwined with the Yin Yang symbol. And compass points around the Sun, without making it look too 'busy.'

My tattoo guy in Valdez, another Harley fan, died of Hep C in California a decade ago or more. Maybe 15 years now, even.

Very laid-back guy.

Listened to the band 'Rusted Root' for the first time in his shop in Valdez, Ak. when we were agreeing on the art for my brother's tat. early 1990s.

The center's a red, white and blue 'stealie' with a purple rose in the teeth of the skull. And the words I referenced around it in smaller free hand.

Aint growing old fun!

Shit, I've got screws and rods in my lower lumbar too from a fusion surgery. Oh well, at 74 every day I put my feet down on the floor is a blessed day to me.

Got an incredible girlfriend too, also a widow, 67. We met at a Lutheran Church sponsored Grief Share program. Program was a little on the heavy religious side but helped with the overwhelming grief plus I met her. As an aside, I'm an agnostic who considers religion as a man made thing designed to control via fear and guilt, BUT an absolute necessity for the benefit of society. Our laws are based on the Ten Commandments for example, a good thing.

Time to get some work done. No marathons today, eh!
I've had other injuries - but often when I was not in the UK - and some of them had to pay hard cash to get seen to - here most everyone who works pay national insurance contributions - as a percentage of income - the more you earn - the more you pay -

- and even though I'm 10 years or so younger than you Ben - still I feel the same way - glad to meet another day - after a wild and crazy life - all over the planet - often pursuing high risk ventures and sports - from gutter to penthouse and back again a coupla times - now just satisfied to be an earthbound family man - 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 - with a coupla teenagers to guide and nurture currently - and a solid hard working wife - that has never sworn - or thrown anything at me - yet

NOPE !
When you get your blood drawn you ask nicely for a 24 hour urine container with a screw cap.
I have one in my truck and where i need it.
Empty it after and a splash of bleach and its a thing of beauty IMHO
He won’t need a screw on cap. his is a one use test. But now that you bring it up, I always ask for two containers for those 24 hour tests. I mean what if you fill the first one up before the 24 hours? Then there is the truck thing…

Gave the puppy a hard rubber chewing bone for teething; she's chewing on the metal extension strip at the front entryway floor.

Kids: they always want something other than what they're offered.
My puppy prefers other toys than the expensive ones I hope he would enjoy. I have to watch him close for eating cloth and stuffing. He likes tearing up a cereal box, paper towel roll, oatmeal box, cigar box It’s a mess to clean up but he just tears it into shreds and doesn’t eat it, wel maybe a little of it but I don’t have to worry over him like I do a stuffed toy or something with a squeek in it.
