You mean you cut it down 4 degrees or you turn it down to 4C?The older I get the higher the indoor temp climbs, oh yeah it's toasty inside, until bed then we turn the indoor temp down about 4C. Start off with one temp then increase it at noon and usually again towards evening. I like to be warm but I don't like to be warm because I have layer and layer of clothing.
Oh sorry just catching upSorry, I meant I turn it down 4C our highest temp in late afternoon is 73F and then turn it to 66F at bed.
It's been so long of C I have forgotten F completely.
Plus I'm cookie high and might not know what I'm doing![]()
I read this lateWe're weenies! We sleep at 63F and keep the house at 68F during the day.
I get up frequently at night and would freeze my nads off at 4C/39F.
You mean a behind the wheel test? Just because you’re 80?every time after you get up in age you get the eye checks, and have to pass a driver test after 80
In a later post I explained what I meant to say. I don't remember F anymore. I was getting myself mixed up.You mean you cut it down 4 degrees or you turn it down to 4C?
4C is cold, I think I would freeze to death. Do you have a mountain of blankets?
Yes I didn’t go back far enough when I came in. I understand now.In a later post I explained what I meant to say. I don't remember F anymore. I was getting myself mixed up.
My spine and muscles couldn't handle those cold temps.

Yeh, but if you just dont go near the crocs in their habitat not dangerous. But no bears or lions here like in the US. So we can camp outdoors without being eaten alive by an apex predator which seems to frequently occur in the US. But yeh, DEET doesnt stop the insects, I believe they pick up on the carbon dioxide we exude, or so Im told.Jeez - so even strong DEET doesn't phaze the flies - down under in probably the wildest part of Australia - yeah - must drive ya bonkers - you've got some nasty old crocodiles down that way too - so I've heard - regularly snacking on the tourists -
