I did run some auto drippers for a spell.
Lived in a unfriendly state most of my life, too afraid to order anything.
Went to Menards bought Rainbird gear for a drip system. It worked ok.
Now I just hand water, home most of the time found a way I could be gone for upto 8 days at a crack.
Without a baby sitter.

No timers or led lights.
No canna specific nutes or fancy mediums.
I do use a spray cloner since moving to Montana but still use t8 floros for the cuts.
Hell my two veg tents are from 01 and most of the zippers still work.
Still using the original hoods and inline fan in them as well.
😝

Missing-parapet, approach joint, bridge joint, ice breakers.

If I had a dollar for every existing bridge I've had to detail or new bridge I've staked out, I could probably afford to take everyone here out for breakfast.

This was one of the most complicated bridges I've ever laid out. Our tolerances used to give me nightmares and I'm not one to usually stress out about those kinds of things.

when I was told I was moving out of the marital home I found a great piece of property on the river across from the state park...the price was steep but this was a once in a lifetime find...after doing my due dilligence I ran away from it...seems code insisted on pilings under the entire structure and the taxes just for the unimproved dirt was 10K a year...triple that for a nice house and a nice size dock...350,000 for the sitework and pilings...at least that for the house...
I found a crenellated stone castle on a hillside that I fell in love with but never saw it for sale until it was already sold for $60K, which seemed incredibly low and was easily in my price range at the time.

I was broken hearted until I later read that the stonework was in such bad shape and in danger of collapsing that they demolished it.

What does a rodman do on the skyway?

What he is told of course.
😆
Mostly set up the back and foresights and hold a variety of rods in some precarious locations........ and get yelled at.

The car carriers are the worst when working on the edge of traffic. Those things will suck you in if you are off balance.

I can't imagine there's all that much shoulder space on a skyway. Glad you survived.
Tampa has the most dangerous roads I have had the pleasure of standing blankly in the middle during rush hour.......while taking notes.
😆
I am glad any of us survive that shit.
