I'll be fine Unca Walt, there is no snook fishery in Canada that I know of.
They sound like a fish caught for sport and eating. If they are oily like Bass I wouldn't care for them. Our waters would probably be too cold for them to inhabit. I have other fish I enjoy eating, sockeye salmon, cod, walleye, burbot and halibut.

Sockeye will be coming into season and we will buy several whole fillets, vacuum seal individual portions for long term freezing.

I only wish I could catch the sockeye myself but that won't happen, unfortunately.

Unfortunately. But I get durum wheat semolina. Still not great I guess. Bread is sugar too sub.

All carbs are sugars to one degree or another but if you go for ones made from whole grains or things like sweet potatoes those are better for you.
