I stay out of the the kitchen....period. I have my chores and she has hers. We have lasted 50 years together using this method.

I threw a pound of bacon at Mr sub once way back in the day. It was for something really silly like not pealing a cucumber right. I was PMSin’ for sure. He don’t do cooking but has his other chores like you.

If I were of her age, I would not attempt a conversation with that person. No.
