  • Myrcene: earthy, musky, herbal aromas comparable to mangos or thyme
  • Β-caryophyllene: a woodsy, peppery, clove-like scent
  • Α-humulene: earthy tones with spicy notes, similar to beer
  • Α-pinene: pine needles, rosemary, and basil
  • Limonene: lemon notes, like citrus peel
  • Linalool: a floral fragrance also found in lavender and rosewood
Which begs the question as to the medicinal effects of the above terpenes. Here is an article that I researched and co-authored on that subject: https://graywolfslair.com/index.php/8-essential-oil-safety/8-1-sweet-marys-charms/

Back in 1974 I was the victim of a very violent home invasion where my door was pushed in. I was hog tied, and I had the living shit beat out of me. I knew that I was going to die so I didn’t worry about taking any chances, but when that adrenaline kicked in I was a complete monster and I had no idea that my body was able to do the things it did… I have zero regrets and I’ve never had a nightmare about shooting the individual because if I didn’t shoot him, he would’ve shot me… those the moments in life, we do not think, you react and hope that your training and experience pulls you through

Why People Hate To Attend School Reunions

Jan, Sue and Maryann
haven't seen each other since High School. They rediscover each other via a reunion website and arrange to meet for lunch in a wine bar.

Jan arrives first, wearing beige Versace. She orders a bottle of Pinot Grigio.

Sue arrives shortly afterward, in gray Chanel. After the required ritualised kisses she joins Jan in a glass of wine.

Then Maryann walks in, wearing a faded old tee-shirt, blue jeans and sandals. She too shares the wine.

Jan explains that after leaving high school and graduating from Princeton in Classics, she met and married Timothy, with whom she has a beautiful daughter. Timothy is a partner in one of New York's leading law firms. They live in a 4000 sq ft co-op on Fifth Avenue, where Susanna, the daughter, attends drama school. They have a second home in Phoenix.

Sue relates that she graduated from Harvard Med School and became a surgeon. Her husband, Clive, is a leading Wall Street investment banker. They live in Southampton on Long Island and have a second home in Naples, Florida.

Maryann explains that she left school at 17 and ran off with her boyfriend, Lenny. They run a tropical bird park in New Mexico and grow their own vegetables. Lenny can stand five parrots, side by side, on his penis.

Halfway down the third bottle of wine and several hours later, Jan blurts out that her husband is really a cashier at Wal-Mart. They live in a small apartment in Brooklyn and have a travel trailer parked at a nearby storage facility.

Sue, chastened and encouraged by her old friend's honesty, explains that she and Clive are both nurses' aides in a retirement home. They live in Jersey City and take vacation camping trips to Alabama.

Maryann admits that the fifth parrot has to stand on one leg.

My stomach just growled so loud the kitten jumped and landed with a fluffed tail. Damn those look good!

Love a good knife myself. That's a nice set.

Thanks! I put together refinished walnut/maple woods in the bowl and handle with Waterlox Original Sealer, my favorite bullet proof tung oil varnish. A ulu set for my girlfriend for Xmas and got a new high carbon steel ulu knife and put a knife edge on it. Hard to beat this belt sharpener. Knives, axe, scissors, it does it all. https://www.worksharptools.com/shop/product-category/benchtop/powered/

Once I set my angle/edge I attach this magnetized RV level to get the perfect angle edge from one end to the next. Just attach in the middle of the blade and keep the bubbles in the middle.

Been a woodworker forever. If you guys want to really pop the grain and have a super easy durable finish, Waterlox products are hard to beat. Here's some mesquite goodies, before and after showing off the chatoyance (depth) you get with this tung oil finish. Right vase is raw. Left is finished. Did my whole house with this varnish - jatoba wood stairs, cabinets, dining room suite, 8 home theater speakers, etc.

Wow, way to go! You're OK (no PTSD?) and you got rid of some bad genetics.

Regards,
Uncle Ben

That is, without a doubt, the best advice. You will however, learn exactly what an adrenaline dump feels like and how you will handle it. Very important if you are going to carry.

When and if such a situation arises, it will be nothing like netflix
nothing is like netflix or hollywood.
Watching bruce willis jump from a helicopter 20 feet above a ship and get up and run never fell off a ladder at 15 feet

I started my days in Florida on the south side of the north bridge to the skyway standing on a jetty and throwing a yo-zuri delta top water for snook and tarpon.
Soon as the sun upped the bite turned off and time for work.
I did that at Thomas Edison's Winter Home in Fort Myers but I used a 7M 11 Mirrolure. I tip toed out on the dock and fished along the pilings. There was also a small cluster of mangroves that held snook that was an easy cast from the dock.

I met my wife on Indian Rocks Beach.
