Getting the Tenant to move is quite difficult nowadays because the law is usually on the tenant side. I retained a pitbull lawyer. I have no doubt we’ll make this thing happen. I sent the first notice to the gentleman and he didn’t reply so the lawyer is going to push it and he says he should pretty much get this taken care of within a week. I asked this man about his experience and he says he averages 25 evictions a month.I Like the sound of that… I did a complete total rehab of the building before this guy moved in so whatever I have to do is because of his damage. The biggest issue is putting in a well and I have to let the engineers deal with that crap and give me the answer of whats to be done.

In an attempt to not go into a food coma, I've made a pot of coffee.
I went off on the wild side and ate a foot long subway italian
and drank a 16 oz glass of ice cold whole milk.
Feel like I could just roll rather than walk right now lol
I've not had any grain foods in 2 years easily.
Ergo, the 'food coma' plus, the amount was ridiculous
to consume in one day haha
I should be ashamed but I am not lol

This was him the day we got him, so scared of the world after spending 4 months in a concrete lambing pen with his siblings and just a dirty brown window for daylight. It didn't take long for him to know we mean him no harm. And he LOVED that new fangled cameramijig I kept pointing at him!
Just had a 4ish hour power cut here.
My vape was rocking, plugged in and on, dinner in the oven, heating on... I ended up with a cheese cob and smoking on the pipe with a rather smelly cardigan on (that needs a wash).
