I looked at Archive and Rooted. Um, their average THC is 20%....Archives 'Gorilla Glue #4' is 21%

Are you sure you aren't buddies with these two new dispensaries?

21% on the glue is shameful.

And $10/g for outdoor no matter how good is shameful. I sell above average ins for that price.

I don't really get what you're going on about. I don't care about the studies, and I'm not friends with either of those shops. I buy flowers the same way I always have. I look at them with my eyes(Bag Appeal), I smell them(Nose), and then I smoke them(High). If I enjoy the complete experience then I buy them again. If not, then I look for something different. I never cared about percentages, and I still don't.

Getting high is my medicine.

Nor can I find any research showing THC to be a better anti-nausea agent vs CBDA.

Try THCA along with the CBDA

Also wanted to add that I agree about the low test glue being a bit of a shame. I've smoked high test glue next to average and the difference is noticeable, its noticeable when you see what they look like next to each other too. Scale & lighting don't match exactly, even so the untrained eye can easily see it.

One of my shops is selling $20/g of BHO..As far as I know, its the same BHO anyone else has.

its probably bunk 3rd run. That is not going rate for 1 good tasting potent gram of shatter in portland anymore....

Dirty Arm probably has a low sales volume at $65/g
I saw stuff like that over the years...they always had low volume sales. When I found out how many units they were selling, I gave up on even trying for those prices. Its not worth it.
the places that carry it have no problem selling it at those prices.dirty arm won't supply unlimited bulk
I want to sell over a pound a month at 1 outlet or equivalent return (which is why edibles now seem lame to me as I'd rather sell 1000units a month for $3 than 100 for $7.5; also, I don't want to have to sell medical for less than rec plus tax unless its CBD or similar).

Recently moved to Oregon and I'm looking to either set up a small rec grow or medical once my wife gets her card.

One thing I'm struggling to find info on in plant count. I know for medical you can have 6 'mature' flowering plants, and for recreational its 4. However, how many non-flowering/seedlings are legally allowed for either rec or med grows?

I wouldn't ask on here but I'm unable to find the answer regarding veg plants on any of the official Oregon Marijuana sites.

From what I've found, and I'm probably wrong, as a care giver you can have up to 18 seedlings/clones per patient. But when exactly they stop being clones and become "mature plants" I don't know. Your mature plant count is spot on. 6 per patient, plus 4 of your own.

And it sounds like you're setting yourself up with the exact same plan I am. But instead of wife it will be my elderly mother. And I'll be growing 8 plants out and keeping 2 as mom plants.

Good luck brother!

Medical was 12 inches wide or 12 inches tall made it a "mature" plant. Not sure if they have changed that. Under Rec rules, there is no limit on babies.

Rains were hard on me. Stems snapped, bummed.

My understanding is no limit on immature for med. Immature is anything not flowering. No longer is it 12"x 12" per immature plant. Do your own research though. They did remove the definition of immature being 12"x 12" from the new law. Rec for personal is 4 plants period.

This was to allow you to pop seeds and weed out your males is the way I understood it.
As well as sell clones to the dips. Now that rec is up I'm sure they will change it back.

Yeah, I've red that as of 1st March 2016, there is no limit to the number of seedlings/clones/starts that you can grow, just 6 flowering plants per patient/card holder.

I've just not found anything saying either way for rec. My wife doesn't have her card yet, so I'd want to stay within the parameters of the law.

Even if it's just 4 plants period, that's still enough to work with. 4 plant SCRoG :)

Yep 4 plant scrog done right works quite well. As would trees! There are some good threads in here of growing monsters under 3 points of light (600w) bare bulb vert. If set up right you can get multiple lbs off your 4 plants.

Need to move garden 3 miles down back country road to their new location, not a state highway. Rules say best to wait for cards to move plants. Well cards came and now time to move but will I get in troub? These have immature buds on them, definitely in flower now, 8'+ each.

Is this allowed?

I have always found that Sunday at 6AM is the best time to go on such adventures.

I think plants, in theory, are tied to the address they are growing on.

OLCC Publishes Recreational Marijuana Product Categorization Guide

The Oregon Liquor Control Commission Recreational Marijuana Program has created a Product Categorization Guide to provide the cannabis industry with definitions to determine how to classify products, and the distinctions between product categories, tax categories, and labeling requirements. The Product Categorization Guide can be found on the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) page, which is a new section, of the OLCC Recreational Marijuana Program website. Other resources on the CTS page include: a Sampling and Testing Guide and a Tax Categorization Guide for Retailers.
