I have 3 of these cuts in 2.5 gal Hempys under 600hps, getting fed with MaxiBloom + Floralicious Bloom @ 1.2-1.4 EC PH 5.8-5.9 These pics are aprox. 3wks of flower.
This is the first time I have used the Floralicious Bloom with the Maxi. Using it at the recommended dose of 1tsp per gal.

Cheers!

Thanx @GlockDod
Feeding every second day abouts, depending on how light the bucket feels, medium is pure perlite.

Fill the Hempy to over flow .
Lift the pot and feel the weight . Next day feel the weight again .

This will give you an understanding of how quickly the plants are transpiring .

Does someone have experience repotting from Hempies to another pot/medium? (I need for various reasons).

Should I wait until the perlite/vermiculite is dry?

When I pull them out, will a lot of perlite/vermiculite stick to it or would it just fall off?

(I need to repot into ProMix soon, preparing for outdoor flowering. I can't leave them in Perlite/Vermiculite since it would dry out too fast, besides the ProMix will hold the roots better in wind etc.)

Planning to transplant my vegging ones, then have them recover for a couple or so weeks and then put upstairs in the sun.

Thanks!

Its best to repot while the plants are damp or wet.

As far as the root ball holding together. Depends on the mass of roots to soil ratio. If they have not been in the current pot long. It will most likely break up.

I'm gonna disagree with the gentleman above and say let it get almost completely dry. You should see a lot less root damage that way and you're encouraging her to send out seekers into your damp promix. IDK if you use any additives, but some great white sprinkled in your promix hole will really make the roots explode. What size are you in right now?

Picked up 2 bricks of coco.... gunna see how my hand at coco hempys goes... this'll be entertaining to say the least. I'll update as I can. Right now have a san Fernando og clone and a master og clone both tossed into 2 gallon pots with coco throughout... open to any suggestions from those who are using coco in hempys. Thanks yall!

'Lo @Doomsday,

Grab you some coarse perlite, the bigger the better, and you'll be pretty golden.
Are you going to be hand watering or..?

Throw up a link to a thread man

I've done straight perlite buckets for I belive about a year and a half, maybe two with amazing success, however I keep having suggestions from friends about trying coco, however I REFUSE to stray from hempy buckets. Too effing simple to move away from.

I'll snap some photos of the two I've decided to guinea pig in the coming days and post up. I won't do a grow thread because in all honesty I'm terrible about remembering to post updates and it would likely be forgotten in the mix of life. I'll show them off here as they mature so yall can see what happens when hempy meets 50% chunk coco mixed with 50% bird nest coco.

Look at this craziness! Right now they grow about 1cm PER DAY.

I repotted them from my Hempies into Promix, so I keep the same nutes (FloraNova Bloom). Repotting was a pain in the ass but the plants seem to have taken it WELL. (I needed to repot since the plants will go in the sun upstairs in June for flowering. I didn't want to put them up with perlite/verm since this might dry out too fast outdoors).

The small pic shows them in my greenhouse, 7 of those insanely fast growing plants are WAY too much for my area. I should have done not more than 4, 3 probably would even fill the green house.

It's just crazy since I have not seen so much growth with my last year's grow in organic/soil.

The only problem I have encountered right now is another Spider Mite infestation, I am already spraying Neem and Insecticidal Soap, but no other problems like yellowing or whatever.

** Since I NEED to keep them in the greenhouse at 18/6 until about June 15th, and they grow like MoFos, I am expecting these to get HUGE, let alone how much they'll grow more once they're out. I would've otherwise flowered them in the greenhouse, but then my growlight for flowering wouldn't be sufficient for those, 3 or 4 would be fine. Besides, sun is still the best :)

Some hempy bud shots. The plants are approximately at 40 days flowering.
First is a seed I found in my last run of Grindhouse' Prophet. She is smelling super sweet and candy-licorice/floral with a strong back note of pine. Yummy. A heavy yielder with nice colas and buds that need support due to their weight. She is super loud. Just brush against the plant and it fills the room with it's fragrance. My favorite plant of the grow, so far. I hit one branch on her pretty hard with some Diablo x DMT pollen.

Next is a (Diablo x DMT) x (SFV X DMT) girl. This one has a peculiar look to it. The tops are looking kinda "flat" for lack of a better description. She smells floral/musty with a strong fuel odor.

It was a double stemmed mutant at germination and recovered somewhat during later growth but she has been picky and light sensitive. Lots of big shade leaves on this one but when you pull them aside she shows a nice column of buds running up both main branches.

A Death Star bag seed from Colorado. Thinner leaves, tall and lanky.Picky about ph and feed. Instead of feeding with fresh nutes daily like I usually do I let these plants ride for two days between waterings. She didnt like it at all and yellowed up a bit. Buds started out small at first but a putting on some weight now. Several of my plants were looking like they would need some support so about three weeks ago I dragged in a platform I built to wash quahogs after I dig them. I never intended to scrog them , looking for support more than anything else but I did weave them into the fencing. Starting to get sticky now. Hard to describe her smell. Kind of green/floral with a hint of fuel, maybe. I think it needs more time to develop.

That's all for now. Thanks for looking!
