If I use a sink filter like a brita or just buy RO water from my local store do I have to PH when doing nutes?
The nutes wil often affect PH.
The nutrient additions will always effect the pH.
mgk
Take a look at donjuanmatus's thread he's using floc rockwool as his sole medium.
If I am doing a 400w vertical tent 3 x 3 tent system. Would there be much yield difference between a 1 or 2 gallon coco hempy bucket?
He says he's getting better results than hempy's. I've been a hempy user for three years and I'm thinking of making the switch. He also talks about vert growing and how it's really only worth it if you have a lot of space. I'll try to find it and post the link.
If you can't help being a disrespectful little runt then maybe this thread aint for you. You're new to this grow method so you might as well stfu whilst you're learning kid, or leaveNot meaning to be a dick, but sometimes I can't help myself...
Hi man. If you used perl in the rez and floc rockwool as the medium it'd still be a hempy bucket and it'd still work well I reckon, despite what some troll says. Thanks for the infoTake a look at donjuanmatus's thread he's using floc rockwool as his sole medium.
Hi. Seeing as your lights and space is quite limited, I'd go for the 1gal bucket, which is roughly the minimum sized bucket for a hempy. Thanks for the reply, guys.
I'm slowly wading thru this thread, from both ends.
I'm going to veg in a DR60 which is a 2 x 2 and I'm not sure how many 2 gallon buckets will fit with drain saucers inside. Hence my wondering about 1 gal buckets. If the yield difference is noticeable then I'll probably try 2 gallon rectangular garbage containers. Unless there is a caveat about square or rectangular versus round...
For some reason I'm feeling it may have a difference but cannot come to any conclusions on my own.
Anyone know what the diameter of a 2 gallon bucket is?
I'm going to be running Bogglegum &/or Sour Boggle & my veg time will be around 5-7 weeks under LED.
FWIW I will be running FloraNova Bloom with Floralicious+ and silica.
