hey MJ, i have dusted the OGK with pollen from Mr.greenegenes Cherry bomb maui.

i love the ogka, some people say it is bland but it's really quite pungent when i grow it, kind of has all the bottom scent notes of dank kush but no top notes. i'm hoping to get the cherry terpenes from the CB to fill in those and maybe get a cherry OG type thing - only one way to find out!

I have some of "The One" x GreenGene's Cherry Bomb. I should really get around to sprouting those.

I suppose when Abusive showed up everyone noticed its value, but the air of competition at that time was ramping and gave it only a few years of deserved recognition. I still think its a top 10 variant. I'm betting you wind up with some bite and maybe a dark cherry, if you wind up with a dark cherry and cross back to the Deep Chunk you might be sitting on the proper Dark Chocolate Cherry. I recently noticed Reeferman's updated Cherry Bomb, I would be curious if anyone can offer opinion on comparing it to greengenes.

Shit, I wish I could remember the story on that. I used to know the deal with Reeferman's line. I seem to remember others running GreenGenes' Cherry Bomb line claiming that Reeferman's was *not* the same as GreenGenes, or that perhaps at one point it had been but was now not. I still have a pack of those to run at some point, but not many at all. I'm wondering how many other growers have a few tucked away here and there from him. It would be nice to get as much diversity from the single line together with one grower.

Looking forward to that cross of yours. Sounds like a perfect combination for a real winner! Abusive has NO ceiling to her...so I'd imagine the infusion could result in something really special. :respect:

Here are some Pineapple fields from dynasty genetics in some super alive soil.
I am spoiling these girls! I thought this one was going to elude me because first round of seeds all male then the last pop I got 3 out of 4 girls. They already reek of a pineapple death! I know I lived on the island of Maui before they stopped growing pineapples. I will update every week till they are done.
Any way here they are at end of 5 weeks.
Only 5 more weeks to go. Maybe 6 weeks on one of the girls, she appears to be maturing a lot slower than the others I have. I hope it's the rare pheno. It takes 11 weeks but I guess she is worth the wait, from what I've read.
