That's lovely, is that the true color gold/yellow?.

Yes the color is true. It does get enhanced when using the flash however.

Part genetics and part environment (feeding/ metabolism).

It's at about a 6-7 month cure.

The buds were gold well within a month of harvest and likely much sooner.

The plant was a straight light-green type!

I am one of them, I suppose. After a bunch of culling, work, and time I finally get this tent filled with skinny leafs, and one plant (Ohx x LP) starts making ballz. Ima gonna leave it there and see what comes out of this. The female in back is Ohz x SK


Run 5 will be the seedsman OHz from Mr. FP.

Apologies. Nothing personal and to be honest I have nice outdoor environment and did get a nice selection of the OHz to begin with. So have a good head start

I really don't think OHz is suited to most indoor growers unfortunately. It can be done but one has to think first and understand how the OHz grows and flowers and also learn from past experiences and make necessary changes to their set-up. MadMac has detailed indoor grow tips more than once.

It is quite the soap opera. And it makes for quite the entertainment. I am not at all convinced of any nut sack swinging going on from these recent posts. Def a failure to see any eye to.

I’ll try and stay altruistic. Where are those old pure NH that can be backed into their original haze corners. Preserve the new (at the time blood infusion) but remove the NL and move towards a lot of these newer potentially near leaning NLD’s? Mix those old Neville’s with some of the newer discovered (collected) and available landraces. Mix it all with some of these preservation seeds. Might be one of the last chances we get in this world. Let’s leave it for the kids and not for ego.

Or, would it be better to go back to the original haze stock. What Todd and others Have done. As weak it has become? Select even better parental crossing stock? I think N Lights did so much at the time and revolutionized cannabis. Peeps needed to grow indoors and at northern latitudes back then. The outdoor revolution is here. We can take a lot of these old genes back to the dirt in the back yard. Not always hitting the perfect lat…but haze was bred in non-optimal latitude. Shit grew strong and in my neighborhoods, she still grows very strong. Combined with dedicated indoor for parental selections, I think you can re-uncover some great shit.

PS. I’m rooting for the Roaring Twenty’s of Haze. The time has come! We have 8 more years. Let’s collectively make it happen. Our kids or grandkids deserve it when it’s their time. All in due time.

just wanted to share a few pictures of my R4 (4 best reversed OHz)
some try always to change history and claim there is no good haze out there ... LOL

this is my last OHz work... first I'll did S1 ... than after seeing the amazing results... R4
wondering to read so much... let's say strange things about the OHz...
don't know why those telling this bullshit but would love to make it clear that my OHz as improved... well that tell me those who grow it...
think that nobody can tell something about genetics if he hasn't grow it...
Golli shared his haze only with me... like SamS did and Tom too ... they had a reason to do so and the trust too...
I've never disappoint them and did also not write such bullshit I've read lately here and in other threads...
just a few who think they are something fight and lying or just ignore facts...
strange people are those and I'll know now why Sam and others did not share with them...

here for example OHz S1 & R4 ...
grown' by 3 different grower... in and outdoors...

have much more ... is just to show that those tales are not true...
I've worked the haze now a few years...
and everyone can clearly see that it has a lot improved... ask SamS. he got a test drive of the S1
well did my best and shared also everything from beginning...
but some try still to ignore that all and tell bullshit...
me think pictures speak for themselves ;-)

just to make things clear for all who really want to know....
my haze addiction started with Tom Hill Haze...
I'll did the big repro for free just to safe this line... and shared it all with the community...
than I'll asked @ a other place if someone had OHz for repro ...
Golli and than Johnny who I'll invited to the other place shared some OHz seeds with me ... all well documented ;-)
Golli shared 20 (14 made it) seeds from his own repro he did... later he gave me his last 20 seeds to take care off... he did not trust the other who asked after they saw my grows... and he was right.
Johnny gave me the last 7 Seedsman OHz seeds (4 made it) he had + his own selection that I'll returned to him because I'll did not want...
I'll wanted to start from scratch not with others work... where I'll do not know what he did because lack of documentation...
first was to make seeds with all plants I'll got....
that was the share seedsman x golli or golli x seedsman ... labeled seedsman when I'll took the seeds from the seedsman girl and Golli 90' when I'll took the seeds from those.
after first success suddenly after I'll got the invite to Sam and got also his last OHz seeds a few startet to make trouble and blamed me for sharing those seeds...
those made my grower life a hell and I'll was thinking to stop posting and sharing...
still think about ... when I'll read those bullshit and those ego stuff...
when I'll did the repro ... there was no interest...
when I'll did the S1 ... no interest ...
when I'll did the R4 ... no interest...
when I'll crossed the best THH with the best OHz ... and via versa ... same

but when great grower showed there outcome here and @ other places ... suddenly I'll got blamed for it and some startet a war against me...
after I'll did my selection and proofed that it was something other startet to yelling about me... don't know why... jealous?
well I'll can surely tell that my haze work is better as the originals I'll got and it took lot of time, work and money to got to that point.
fact is that some still ignore fact's and that show's me how stupid those are.
I'll shared it so good I'll could to bring it under the grower... and got full blamed for it...
I'll shared all my knowledge and how I'll did it... but it got ignored... and still...

those who don't know... have look in my albums.... all there ... OHz, Thai ... landraces ... and the outcome...
I'll love good documentary ... than you can also trust and proof if it's all true ;-)

you can only talk about if you have grown it...

so hope you understand my situation and why I'm not so much online here anymore...
peep's can make online life to hell ... and that happened to me... here and there...
got many PM's about what others are writing about me and the haze.... a shit storm too ...

SamS told me that it will happen once I'll share the haze and it becomes something...
when I'll started and documented here in the haze thread... not many cared ...
but later they start to change history... and I'll got asked why other claim that those crosses and haze where made by them... ?!

There are a few indo growers that seem well equipped to take on these on. I’m well impressed. Mad Props.

OT1 is not Haze its a sativa that is unrelated to the line Sam preserved that other people breed that was named Haze.

What Nevil got from Sam was Haze but it came in different batches YEARS the seed were mate now people can dispute this but they didn't pay 1000s for the seed the guy that did knows what was on the labeled seed packs he paid for. So what Nevil got was very different to what Todd or Tom got and what Tom got is different to what Tod got also.

NL is Afghan/ Mex sativa / Colombian and if you had ever grown a true F1 Nevils Haze you would know the line acts like a pure sativa so there is no need to back it into a corner and infuse more sativa.

I made selections and inbreed Nevils haze i am more than happy next will be F3s.

Not sure why some in here think Nevils Haze is some how below the quality of OH.

Nevil left us a formula 3 in fact of what he felt was the best way forward with Haze but people can search it out if interested.

That is one of the NH Nevil selected that is a picture of the Nevil Haze 36 plant being grown out doors by the man him self.

If i am not mistaken NH 21 and NH 36 and my Thai is what was used to make the Outback Haze.

Can relate to some of it Mac dont let it get you down be happy when you are around your plants.

The canna community has a lot of good people with that comes some bad it reminds me of Bird Clubs / Fishing Clubs / Kennel Clubs you will always find some that think they are above most and better than others.

Hempy, please. The soap opera is not my creation. It existed before me and I will exist after. I don’t take sides, man. I think most would agree on that. We’ve recently been talking about mixing some of the variants of the original Haze from Sam (which we agree became Neville’s stock). You’d actually suggest I was sidling with someone to suggest that I created the soap opera.? Come on dude. I think hundreds of pages before this would prove different. I’m not at all involved in that.

Now you have a strong opinion on OTH and I’ve read it before. I’m not going to disparage you over it. But you also are pretty much thinking that haze only started when Neville touched it. And I’m telling you man, there’s a very good god damn chance that there were haze (let’s call em ish, or first gen’s) seeds around. Before Neville ever touched them. Or even before Sam (heaven forbid). To think that those lumbo, Thais, etc. weren’t being crossed before they came out of the OG farmers yards is scientifically naive. They beCame what we dispute and there were multiple paths. There always are when genetics are concerned.

Not trying to start a fight, so not sure why you’re swinging. Because I said it’s a soap opera sometimes? If so, I’m high. Apologies.

Oh and bringing it Really into realty…thousands $$ in seeds today might only equal a couple hundred beans. That’s where we are at. Think about that y’all. I’ll open up my newest gen crosses for the preservation of plant and planet. No sides and maybe not a lot to add, but I will add what I can and that’s more than most.
