Tom Hill how many of those purple leafed plants did you find in those original posi seeds?
and why am I wasting my time on these colombian super sativas? all this talk of magical thai is giving me enlightenment envy. is this how personality cults start?

I for one am glad your back Tom and again popping the haze seed.

lets hope this new interest in Haze and sativas in general leads to more positives than we saw in the last 20 years.

well the purple one looked damn sexy in the vendor photos. I should've bought your seeds when I had the chance. I balked after hearing haze was inbred, low potency, needs to be hybridized. I remember reading rumors of being in the 20 some generation yadyada. now it's out of my price range from the UK vendor. oh and the rumor that the posi lines were all bred w skunk too.

When you find a good one you wont be talking about it needs be hybridized lol thats an excuse for holding inferior clone stock lol. The gens thing is true and not i like sam i am sure he has very lightly bred seed as well as several gen seed going for the throat. I am sure we both place more value on the former. Posi for sure had a few haze hybrids too that they sold above the table but I reckon sam unloaded a bunch of original haze seed on them too and remnant seed of that was sold as well. There was no haze 19 anywhere on their menu at that time it was like orange bud x haze sk1 x haze and the original haze. This was pre blueberry lines and Adams bubblegum was the only decent broadleaf in town. I was never and will never be impressed with the broads Sam brought across the pond they were all quite inferior to what my neighborhood already held so i damn sure was not interested in any of his haze/ghani stuff.

Whoever named this cannabis variety “Haze” was most definitely some kind of seer with a great sense of humor.

One can but conclude that we humans know absolutely nothing about almost everything, Haze included

well now as our op and current changer of history has announced ,
sam never even saw original haze ,

so all these years we have thought something that has now been blown out of the water by some sleuth,
who can read into things that the rest of us mere mortals cant even see ,
startling new "facts" are emerging as this guy types,
he is literally changing history ,

some wonder if he is just a little illiterate and his English comprehension is just pathetically poor ,
others cheer as these new "facts" come to light ...

hahahahaha fucking crazy isnt it , i just shake my head in wonder some days ....

anyhow back on the topic tom,
yea i hear you , but ive seen some authors do things just like rob has before ,
and later they read it again and think , oh shit , ahh never mind , no one will know .l.. lol ..
little do those know how fussy we are with the finer details especially when it comes to cannabis lineage ..

ill hold judgement until , or if , when , we hear from sam ,
there may be a simple explanation ,
be good if it gets cleared up because the guy isnt getting any younger ,
and i for one would hate to see the history of haze come from a article in high times vs the guy who was actually there ...
or from hempys twisted misinterpretations and half digested/misunderstood information ...

Ive never seen such a pussy
you can rip Hempy all day but dont dare say a word to tom or Sam
what a PUSSY

He brought jack shit from under he just stoled what he could from sam like a total douchebag

Lay that whisky down tom
Nevil produced seeds for seedbank , sensi seeds , greenhouse and the rest.
he was responsible for over 50% of popular strains from 90's-early 2000's and the best flowers all over Amsterdam and achieved far more than Sam in that respect.
if Sk1 was all that where has it been the last 20 plus years , or Sams Original Hayze.
Neville's strains and seeds are still around today and regarded as some of the worlds best.

You did the same as Neville and rode that Haze train , just didnt achieve what he did , nor anyone else

Also he didnt steal nothing
he paid a high price for some awfull germing old seeds and found what is known as some of the best Haze's in the world from less than 10 seeds.

How come sam never found anything as good from his millions of Haze seeds ?
its clear to see why

to put nevilles name in the correct place in the pedigrees of the plants he bred,, that we now breed,,, is all the respect any breeder ever needs ,,,,its fakery and forgery that shit on peoples imputs the most ,,it really dont matter what others say or think of the breeder make the pedigrees true an all breeders get what they deserve

Nevil never gave a shit about what people thought all he cared about was breeding the best cannabis he could.

I have always tried to show Sam respect even if i dont agree with him and i valued Sam's contributions in this thread to that was nice to see until he stopped because of peoples bull shit.

I keep shaking my head at how a bisness deal between two adults has one guy wearing a white hat and one made out to be a villain.

I dont remember a story were Nevil put Sam in a head lock and demanded he was given Haze seed do any of you ?.

"I picked up 4-5 15 pks of "original haze" from positronics in '95, as well as sk1, bred for earliness "hand pollinated by the skunkman". At any rate i'd like to get down to it sam. Most of the dutch haze used in hybrids seem to be from the earlier mexican colombian stock? A bit more sawn teak leather of a flavor than the thai dominate citrus haze i seem to have acquired? Is this so?....." (c '08)

Crickets...

That was the 16 flowering period Haze back then, but in Dutch Haze it's mainly Nevil's Haze what I smell in daytime spicy incense.

he can call me names all day , it wont ruffle my feathers too much ,

hopefully its better than his attempt at humor and antagonism ...

What are you on about Donald you having a bad Flash back ?

yes mate ,
a flashback to where you say it makes no difference where u grow something ,
its always the same , because its genetics , not environment ,
then suddenly you do a 180 and mention its about environment ,

you seem to contradict yourself there i reckon mate ,
because when i said environment matters ,
and tropical sativa grows best in the tropics ,
you went on and on saying u get the same indoors , outdoors , where ever because its about genetics ,
not environment ,, but now its about environment hey ???
