It starts adding up when you bring them down. Every bin and every bag needs a tag - from seed to sale. It is not just the tag, it is the time to tag them and enter each tag into the required computer program.

This program also wants 5$ per pound and tops out around 3g's per year. They come before harvest and estimate harvests, and charge you accordingly.

Just popped my light dep seeds. Looks like 88 Cherries, Blueberry hashplant, Alaskan snow, Application Thunderfuck are the seed strains, all Bodhi. Then Hassan will fill one greenhouse on it's own.

Na, it's a strain that made my childhood. Just got her back after 15 years. Payed up the butt for her. Top five smoke of all time for myself, and it was always grown in a little closet. Time to set her free. I have a really detailed description of how I got her in my Garden of Eden thread on another canna website. Long story short, I had to court the guy to give me the clone. Some gold, ATV, cash, some other cuts, ext. Glad I have her back. Finishing my first round of testing, since I haven't grown her out in 15 years. So far, she is everything I remember. Harvest soon to come.

Na, he held onto this cut for almost 20 years. Only gave it to one guy other than me in the 20 years.
If you think I am nuts for paying that kind of cash, you may be right. Although, this cut was a huge part of my falling in love with Marry Jayne. It's a piece of history for me.

Loved this post! Been trying to figure out schedule and there it is. Hope I get my soil mix right. So your doing 4 yds in the ground? I saw much bigger plants last year that were planted in ground vs huge smart pots. The planting holes were dug out and replaced with a wicked mix, no idea what it was. But those kicked 7 each, vs 2-4 each in the smart pots. Northern Oregon too. Love to see your soil mix and tea recipe. Hope you go heavy with the castings, live worms would be a great addition as well.

This strain would win every single cup it entered.
I wish I could take his dried and cured flower, and do a tissue culture or whatever they call it, and get this strain out to everyone. If I could do it with dried material from deep within the stems that would be AWESOME!
Most smokers have NO IDEA what they're missing with this strain/phenotype, cuz they havent smoked the Holy Grail and cant imagine that MJ could taste so damn perfect. Its that good!

As far as jacking your buddy, (which you said you wont do) forget that nonsense. It's his, he grew it, he found it, it's his. He doesn't have to give it to anybody. Now this makes him an asshole, but it's his right to keep it, and you would be wrong for stealing it.
With that said, find his weakness...... What does he like, and what can you get that would make him give up his cut? Took me 15 years to find my guys weakness. He is a prepper, and the gold and atv fit that bill perfectly.

Those #s that I stated were not mine, nor did I see factual evidence of it. This is what I was told they did. That would be the same person who was selling me the strains, so do your own math on that one. I did stand next to them though and they were the biggest I'd ever seen in person. 10' on center spacing and still crowded. I will also say that the ones in 250 gal smart pots were less than half the size of those in the ground. Strain was Trainwreck. I don't want anyone going off the numbers I posted. Sorry for posting second hand information.

you're not nuts, but the strain hoarders are. that kind of thinking is related to famine and poverty, not love and evolution. Gold bars and an atvs are material and cannot bring true happiness. Giving, sharing and helping are the true path

Don't even think about stealing shit. It doesn't matter if people share or don't. If your doing this as a business what you have is what keeps people coming back. As soon as you let it out those customers will get from another. If you are just another grower with the same shit others have your gonna have a hard time getting your crop sold at a decent price.. I would be shocked if this guy doesn't have it backed up somewhere. When we find good stuff we have to back it up off site. The reason why this is important are obvious. In today's market you have to choose wisely who you share with typically it's with close friends. If your growing as a consumer sharing is easier still some don't want there praised plants in others hands that's OK.
