Fascism is NOT an erroneous concept.

But the left/right scale IS erroneous. Therefore, the concept of 'fascism' should not be tied to the left right scale.

I'm saying they use left vs. right to keep the working classes fighting each other, instead the 99.5% united to go after the billionaire oligarchs that exploit and control them. When I talk to the very wealthy people I know, most of them have an intrinsic fear of the prisons somehow being opened up and hordes of dark-skinned men swarming their condos in Pacific Heights or Manhattan or whatnot.

Or how about big government? Over 1/3rd of Americans with jobs now work for the government. How about organizing political thought along Big vs. Small govt instead of left/right. Oh no, we don't want that. Bigger government helps create and protect monopolies for the likes of Bezos. Both Dems and Repubs massively grow government spending & power.

Some would argue that it is a political scale more than economic. And, that it is based on totally arbitrary and oftrn misunderstood popular political "issues." And, that the arbirary nature of it renders it erroneous.

I'd say it is neither because the left/right scale does not function as a viable model for understanding politics.

A scale between fascism (slavery) and Freedom (liberty) works much better and accomplishes the intended goal much better.
