yes you can lol there are supreme court rulings that confirm this.

you are required to vaccinate your child before sending them to schooling
you are required to be vaccinated by 7-10 different vaccines when joining the military

this is a public health crisis. if you don't like it, go live in the woods and don't participate in society.

Just get yours and wear two masks and stay inside. If you are too scared to participate in society, then that's fine there are many options for you. And nobody has to infringe on your rights. Supreme Courte Rulings also go very strongly against mandatory vaccination.

On one unit I have 25 patients, all vaccinated x2,and admitted for something other than covid.After one developed a cough the entire unit was swabbed,and three are now covid positive.......and joey says one out of every 5k are breakthrough cases.....bullshit joey, go back and ask your handlers what to say next.

supreme court case Jacobson v Mass from 1905 says otherwise

this isn't how this works hempy. those who refused to do anything to stop the spread of covid (ie - no social distancing, no mask mandates, no vaccines, pro-opening up the economy prematurely) are to blame here as well for the proliferation of the virus as is the trump presidency who originally downlplayed the severity of covid.

"Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state."

The Federal Government Cannot. Some states may be able to depending on state laws and state constitutions. I believe it is a 10th Amendment issue.
