same as what I've been hearing too…the shasta/tehama/butte bans really pushed a bunch of new people up to south oregon. and judging by the media up there they are not happy about it and doing anything they can to make sure counties have local control to ban just like north ern CA is doing too. 48 is a great number, but i wonder how long those liberal limits will last.

Jd123 that's a bummer a goof ball set up straddling your property line, I guess people don't understand there are sum unwritten rules between growers. Unfortunately there is a small percentage of us that have respect for each other even when sometimes its not deserved there are some things that just arnt okay.
Have you thought about ways too set up a visible boundary line to make it clear that his grow is not mistaken for yours? I know that its easier said than done but I would hope there's a way so U dident have to deal with the headache, sounds like Ur neighbor is a joke

Yea they are tearing throug h my squash plants. Trying paganic on them.
When do you start thinning out the insides and lower sucker branches?

I had a ninja go in there about two weeks ago and cut out the centers, then we'll probably go in again in early august.
I had them too...sprayed those bastards with stuff from lowes....After one spray they're gone now. I think they are gone bc of the heat.

I never really had to much of an issue with them until this year. I can legit see them flying in and out of the woods and now they're strating fuckin with my girls. Everything I spray does not really affect them much. I don't wanna bust out any nukes, was kinda hoping the heat would drive em out. What's the paganic? Sounds like witchcraft lol
So you clean it out right before or right when you transplant?

I know right... now it looks like they may be going with hb 3400, instead of sb 844? It's all pretty much the same, the different bills just screw us over in different but similar ways... looks lIke hb 3400 is the new one, which does put a straight cap on medical properties of 48 plants. Sucks cuz that used to be the one that didn't place a limit. Interestingly enough, if I read it right, it looks like they're going to allow both medical and rec to be grown on the same property, as long as it is seperated. That could be cool, cuz I'm interested in rec, but don't want to ditch my patients. I really hope they change the possession limits and defenition of an immature plant in this one too...
