I understand that there is corruption everywhere on all different levels by all kinds of people, and that when 2 corrupt people get together they can get even more than twice the power if they team up.

I do believe that none of us are completely incorruptible or completely corruptible.
I think the attitude of WE and THEY is a pretty simplistic view.
If there is a 'deep state' with a crisp line of who we are compared to who they are, who are they?
I don't believe that everything is a complete conspiracy, i am not religious, but i don't believe that in this stage of human evolution (or maybe even ever) that a group of people have the power to CONTROL everyone as much as a conspiracist does.
Influence, sure.... but just because there is TV on, no one is making you watch it and you can pretty much find whatever information you want these days.... you can spend your day doing whatever you like pretty much, in most countries.
If i want to learn about this or that i can- freely.... if i want to travel here or there and do whatever i want, within some human decency, i can.
That's pretty good freedom.... is life perfect, of course not.
We are they.
There will always be a pecking order of some kind, we choose to live like that.... what are you going to do to start from scratch?
Kill the 'deep state' and have Donald Trump and Kid Rock trying to create peace??
Government is more complex than that, no matter how much of an anarchist libertarian you feel you are.

This video is people with a persecution complex, and fear mongering, trying to free people from something that isn't there (again, influence from powerful people or groups?- yes, total control of the human race?- no).
Capitalism, straight pure capitalism, doesn't equal 'work hard get paid', it would eventually boil down to one person having all the money and the whole earth and everyone else would be dead :biglaugh:
I don't believe of an evil deep state or cabal all linked together with twisting their moustaches of how badly they can ruin everyones lives.... everyone has their own level of evil.... EVERYONE.... that's what this symbol means :ying:

(Wow, bit of a CBD mango haze and sour livers ramble there.... i'm not even going to reread what i wrote to see if it makes sense :bigeye: )
Good ramble.

Capitalism, straight pure capitalism, doesn't equal 'work hard get paid', it would eventually boil down to one person having all the money and the whole earth and everyone else would be dead
All money goes up. Redistribution isn’t such a crazy idea. More of a correction than actual socialism. We all deserve a chance for pie. It shouldn’t be about addressing labels. It’s about doing what works. Capitalism and socialism co exist when reason takes over.

Lyme disease has been around for forever. it is getting more common because of the increased proximity that man & wildlife have due to rebounding populations of whitetail deer in certain areas of the country. Lyme, Connecticut (which gave the disease its name) is an incredibly wealthy area of the country full of "estates" modeled after British country life, chock full of wildlife. huge resulting deer population caused explosion of the disease. many homes there now have big flocks of guinea fowl which evolved eating...yup, ticks, in their native habitat in Africa. other hotbeds involve retirement communities (like Fairfield Glade here in TN) where geezers follow errant golf shots into the brush & come out crawling with ticks so small that they are nearly impossible to see. is there not a conspiracy theory that you don't swallow hook, line, and sinker? you are one sad puppy...

Perhaps the thread should be renamed 'the hempy conspiracy dilemma'

I have a small herd of deer that regularly cross my property.
I can hear them whispering. I’m sure somethings up.

Plum Island animal testing facility changed hands a few times (CIA). Located just south of lyme Connecticut, there was a policy to shoot any mammal on sight to prevent diseases from reaching the mainland. Unfortunately, the island was declared an Audubon migratory bird sanctuary. Turns out deer ticks feed on birds too. Migratory birds tend to head north or south. Directly north of Plum Island is Lyme, CT. Lyme disease was officially discovered there in 1975.

"named" i think is the term you meant to use. they just did not have a name for it before. just like AIDS. they have found blood samples from folks that mysteriously wasted away decades before they understood what they were dealing with. cases have been found of AIDS in the Congo prior to the 1930s. earliest case in US i have heard of was a merchant seaman that died in the fifties i believe. a recent autopsy of an egyptian mummy over 5300 years old revealed the bacterium that causes the disease.

The NSA essentially started under the Wilson administration in World War 1, but wasn't branded as the NSA until Truman decided to rebrand the US's cryptology sector as such.

Good Ol' Woodrow is also responsible for this minor little crime against the American people

The Federal Reserve Act was passed by the 63rd United States Congress and signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on December 23, 1913. The law created the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States.

Yeah - that's why they have to be so careful opening up these ancient tombs - maybe some ancient virus has managed to live a dormant existence for thousands of years - and its hungry - eeeeek!

Yes another Democrat partisan fuck up ramming legislation thru 2 days before Christmas

On December 23, 1913, the Senate adopted the conference report by a vote of 43 to 25, with every Democrat present voting for the measure and all but four Republicans voting against it. (Twenty-seven senators were “paired” or chose not to vote.)

Well, don't take my word for it.

"If you are awaiting a finding of "clear and present danger," then I can only say that the danger has never been more clear and its presence has never been more imminent.

It requires a change in outlook, a change in tactics, a change in missions--by the government, by the people, by every businessman or labor leader, and by every newspaper. For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence--on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed."

Yes, lyme disease is probably older than mankind. It is ubiquitous in the animal kingdom. The bacterium was discovered nearly 100 years before the disease was discovered and then linked to the bacterium.

The question you have to ask yourself is; Did the government ever intend for the bacterium to be linked to the newly recognized disease in 1975? Perhaps not. What is the value in having a undiagnosible disease with such a wide manifestation of symptoms in a for profit medical system?

"Is an adversary building something that might be a weapons factory? Is there an individual in an unfriendly country who cannot be apprehended? What if the former commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, Qassim Suleimani, visits Baghdad for a meeting and you know the address? The temptations to use hypersonic missiles will be many."
