Sounds warm to me, just me now though, lost the wife to h1n1, she had been
a public health dr.

Reading of dr and nurses having to work without personal protective gear has sent shivers down my spine.

You can turn up the heat on your water heater if you haven't tried that yet, usually they are set at 120°-140° just be careful because you can burn your skin if you turn it up to high.

Alcohol can raise body temperature as well,not sure of your situation or if you can tolerate it.Certain foods as well.

I have, slowly over time twisted it to it's highest setting.

It was such a blessing, and for a long time was a wonderful

refuge and source of comfort.

I have couple of new RubyLux NIR-A Near Infrared Bulbs I can send you and probably clamp lights to go with them. They will warm you up and are beneficial.
