I was in Roatan in January,raw iguana sitting in the blazing sun.....ah yeah ok .....as much as I loved Anthony Bourdain I just couldn't roll with it.

Lol, I ate one...it was an experience, kind of like frog legs it was like rubbery chicken. It was a big one that just came out whole on a long platter that stretched down the table. Would not do again.

On the plus side of this whole thing, easily found a parking spot and the train is nice and empty other than a drunk native american dude that keeps chatting me up asking if I am of his people.
