According to Shanti, the Brazilian sativa came from some friends, so it is easier for the NLD part to come from Brazil than from Kerala ...
Doing some more research it seems that most people are claiming shantibaba describes the Kerala as indica dominant. It is of course possible that they were some of the first to breed hybrids in a place so close to nld and wld varieties. Never heard this and would love to read Shantibaba's description!
The indian side is Nepalese. The original offering from ghs was a Brazilian sativa/indian× a non discrip. indica.
Everywhere I have read, it is described as a South Indian strain from Kerala
Shanti Baba describes them as
"Brazilian Sativa with a South Indian hybrid"
greenhouse just describes them as
"Brazilian x South Indian"
The most psychedelic experiences I had smoking cannabis in the early 2000's was white rhino, and despite it's claimed mostly indica status, I have found it to be much more heady then any other modern "wld variety" besides Romulan and White Russian (which are now known to be less indica heritaged then once believed)
