godflesh are epic, and i also love jesu.
i wouldn't say they're more positive in general, though songs like Star are i guess.
Wolves is like suicide music, but nice.

i saw another of Justin's projects live - Final, wasn't to impressed with that though. just pretentious noise to my ears

I've always loved Godflesh. I have the first Jesu album..not to bad but I'll compare it to godflesh and it wasn't stacking up for me.I saw Godflesh live one time, they were touring supporting their "Pure" album fuckin' godly, I wish I could relive that night , it was a really impressive to see them live.

Into the Well, a freind showed me that band. I'd give em a 6 out of 10. I'd like to hear some power metal fused with that.

Feed me more metal, i need metal, i breath metal.

Can you even imagine metal 20 years from now?
It will cyborgs playing organic instruments.

What's scissorfight sound like?

One of the best shows I ever went to was The Haunted on the Made Me Do It Tour (first one) where Lamb of God opened. New American Gospel is a really great album. Cannibal Corpse and Dimmu were the headliners. Prefer Chris Barnes over George Fischer, but was still good.

Nooone's mentioned At the Gates yet. Slaughter of the Soul is one of the best albums ever if you like Swedish thrash. Definetly check into it. Same with The Crown.

A.C. - Ah. So many great memories. Technology is Gay.

If anyone likes Morbid Angel type stuff you might dig Monstrosity. In Dark Purity is a stroke of genius.

Scissorfight are a great band ,in fact there probably in my top five. They're a bunch pot smokers from New Hampshire , that just kick out dirty, thick Rock and roll.I highly recommend it to anyone.
A.C. crack me up, but for a 10 second song playing joke band ,they are actually pretty impressive.I used to listen to morbid Angel a little bit back in the day.I 've heard a few songs from Monstrosity, seem preety cool.
In that same vein of florida death metal I also used to like Diabolic alot, saw em' live.I always dug them.

Carcass are a classic, if you at all dig Carcass's sound there's another band out there called "The county Medical examiners" total carcass worship, in fact I've never heard a band that sounded so much like them.

My Greatest experience

My Greatest experience

I've listened to rock and metal since my early high school days, and we always love to catch shows. Been to many shows, (ie. pantera, sepultura, Slipknot, Metallica, Soulfly, Slayer on many occasions, and many other bands) but the best experience i have ever had was with superjoint ritual at a small show in corpus christi, TX. Phil Anselmo was about 5 feet in front of me the whole show, it was definitely one hell of an experience.
