Was texting with my cousin in Asheville. This is what she was reporting to me. Some power back but no running water for many weeks. If not months infrastructure is just wiped out schools closed indefinitely. No recycling or trash. Many still have no power no cell no Internet. Lots of roads gone house is swept away. Most of the relief is coming from the people themselves .. she says it’s a struggle to find water for her six dogs

Never bothered me. I used to love it. I would get out there with my huskies to take long walks …
i used to duck hunt, a LOT! :good: a good friend gave me a Lab puppy as a gift after i was off work for two weeks with pneumonia after retrieving my own ducks in -17 F. :dunno:the water is a balmy 52 F below the dam year-round. good trout fishing there...
